Check in was not the easiestn process. We were told a concierge would be available at check in, which wasn't true. We ended up having to ask the security guard for directions for parking and to the unit. The phone numbers provided did not work. The one phone number that did work said they were not aware of our check in.We had difficulties with the WiFi, as multiple wrong passwords were provided. Finally, by the end of the first night we were able to get connected.The most disappointing aspect of the stay was that one of the two available showers did not work at all. It was a drip at best, and never got hot. Additionally, there was a strong sewage smell that emitted from that bathroom into the bedroom (the one facing the water). As a result, all of us were forced to share one shower. I communicated this issue through VRBO and the WhatsApp "concierge" and neither even acknowledged the issue.Aside from this, the unit was beautiful and everything else worked as promised. I just really wish the property owners would have at the very least acknowledged the issue with the shower as it was a very large inconvenience. For future renters - be sure to check with the owners if this is a deal breaker for you!
