We are local and own the entire building. We won't bother you unless there's an issue or scheduled maintenance. We do offer mid stay cleaning at an additional charge.
The Thurston Woods neighborhood is located in northwest Milwaukee. It is bordered by Douglas Avenue to the north, Silver Spring Avenue to the south, Hopkins Street to the west and Teutonia Avenue to the east. We are located and the most southwest corner of the neighborhood comprising commercial activity to the east and west and homeowners to the north and a gas station to the south.
There is a set of stairs in the front and back to enter apartment. There's parking for 1 vehicle, but ample street parking which requires night permission or permit depending on length of stay.
We are located on a busy street with sufficient setback for dampening street noise (not perfect). We are located in an urban community that is safe, but can be busier during the daytime hours.
This is a mixed use building with 2 apartments and one ground floor commercial unit.
