Juan was very friendly, the house was such an amazing place and the location was optimal. I would recommend to anyone to stay at this place to enjoy a beautiful vacation at Ibiza!

A great place to stay!

The apartment was just as it looked in the pictures. It’s in a great location with fabulous views from all angles of both the harbour and the old town. It is ideally placed for visiting the town and its many restaurants and for travelling further afield, either by bus or boat. I would highly recommend!

The apartment was super nice! An amazing terrace overlooking the port of Elvissa. Juan & Fernanda are very friendly and accommodating. If you are tall, mind you head when using the stairs. I would definitely recommend it and would probably go back.

Very cozy, clean, well-kept and functionally furnished apartment (as already mentioned in other comments, the sofa bed is less suitable for staying longer on it). The windows are well glazed, so you don't notice anything of the hustle and bustle on the street at night. However, you still have to be prepared for noise from the restaurant that penetrates the ceiling from below. But especially in summer, it's best to mingle with the late-night hustle and bustle in the pretty, quaint alleyways right outside the front door anyway, settle down in one of the many restaurants or go shopping until 11 pm. We really enjoyed our stay in this accommodation and felt thoroughly in this apartment. Optimal communication.

Amazing apartment right in the heart of the old town

We had a fabulous 2-week stay at Juan's penthouse apartment. Amazing views and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment is really quirky and suited us perfectly. It's the penthouse so obviously it's on the top floor. We counted 45 steps from bottom to top. We used that as our exercise for the fortnight, carrying our shopping and bottles of water so to us, it wasn't a hindrence. If you're infirm or have mobility issues this isn't the place for you.The bed is really comfy and we slept really soundly for 2 weeks. The apartment is right in the heart of everything so you are not short of places to eat and drink.Juan was a great host and answered all of my questions. He also left us a bottle of water and a bottle of wine which was a really lovely touch.We would definitely stay here again.Thank you Juan for having us.Cheryl & Paula (sisters from Yorkshire, UK).

Good location not for anyone with mobility issues

A great location if you want to be near the old town and close to the port. The main problems with this property are the multiple stairs to gain access and the internal stairs in the property itself (really need someone fit to help with luggage) We stayed just over a month so had a couple of large bags plus hand luggage and my wife has a bad back! Certain things such as showers and various kitchen items are in need of refurbishment and replacing, all getting a bit past their best. Again a good location but it does have its drawbacks.

Fabulous location

The property is as in the pictures, in an incredible location. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. We rented a car for a few days and parked it a 15m walk away, perfectly doable (there’s no free parking closer by). We were met by Fernando at check in and check out which went very smoothly. Be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Also, the location is great and it’s very lively outside til early in the morning, 1am ish. Not for the early light sleepers. We used the bedroom and bathroom downstairs as well as the sofabed upstairs. The latter isn’t very comfortable thought the regular double bed downside is fine.

Awesome apartment with superb location

We stayed for a week in August there is one word to describe the apartment and the location - awesome! Whether you are looking for a base to have a relaxing time exploring Ibiza Old Town or you want to explore the island - this apartment will be perfect for you The restaurants of Dalt Villa are 5 minutes walk away, the harbour is on your door step, the water taxis that take you to main locations on the south of the island are 5 minutes walk away - I could go on! We are very particular about where we stay and when we entered the apartment it made us smile - it’s well furnished and has everything you need (where else can you have a shower and look at yachts that cost over $2m a week to rent!). The two terraces provide a full 360 degree view of the town with great views of the Dalt Villa and the Harbour. We support all the positive reviews you will see for this apartment. If Juan will have us we will be back next year

Very good days

We had a great time on Ibiza. We really liked the appartment : each day we had our breakfast on the terras overviewing Dalt Villa and El Porto. If you like to go crossing the island this is the best home to stay and come back to. During your stay you can step into the city very easily walking down the stairs. 😉. .Juan ithanks a lot for all !

Fantastic Apartment in the center Ibiza town

This was our 12th year on the White Isle and we always try and stay in an apartment with character in Eivissa Town. This apartment was so much more than shown in any of the pictures. The location is perfect with direct access to the port and taxis and 5 minutes walk from the Calla Del Virgen and Dalt Villa. The views from the 2nd terrace on the roof are amazing and it was so nice to have a second toilet and shower. The use of space over the 3 levels is done so well and the owner is lovely. This is one of the best places we have stayed in Eivissa Town and don't worry about any outside noise as there is double glazing or the heat as there is air con.

a really luxureous apartment. Recently renovated with a lot of love and without having lost the charm of it's characterism. Very well situated with a spectacular view overlooking the old harbour and with the ancient town just around the corner. Very friendly and helpfull owners! We wil surely come back!!

Casetta perfetta nel cuore di Ibiza

La casa e' molto molto carina, zona porto antico, perfetta per chi vuole stare in centro! primo piano con due belle vetrate che danno sul mare e che illuminano la casa, sempre al primo piano due bei divani, TV e seconda camera con letto matrimoniale doccia e wc e lavandino. Al secondo piano divano letto, cucina, tavolo e secondo bagno! stupendi i 2 balconi, il primo con un tavolone dove poter sorseggiare un aperitivo e cenare e il secondo sul tetto con sedie e sdraio da dove si puo' ammirare una vista bellissima, da una parte Dalt Vila e dall'altra il mare. Consigliato per 2 coppie o 3/4 amici. Il proprietario e' stato gentilissimo, chiaro in tutto e sempre di aiuto per qualsiasi cosa.

ATICO CENTRICO PERFECTAMENTE SITUADO

Centrico, impecable, muy bien decorado haciéndolo muy acojedor, con mucho gusto. Una terraza en el piso de arriba, que para cenar o tomar algo era perfecta. Vistas de la zona vieja y del puerto. De lo mejor que he alquilado en el centro de Ibiza.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der schönen Altstadt-Wohnung von Juan Jose.Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und individuell, man fühlt sich sofort zuhause.Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr besonders.Die Wohnküche und die Dusche sowie die beiden Dachterrassen sind über eine geschwungene Treppe zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist richtig schön und die Betten sind sehr bequem.Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Die Lage in der Altstadt direkt am Hafen, mit Hafenblick, ist sensationell!!!Zu bedenken ist, dass man gut Treppen steigen können muss (An- und Abreise mit Gepäck) und dass in der nahen Umgebung so gut wie keine Parkplätze vorhanden sind (falls man per Auto unterwegs ist). In der Nähe des Ikea ist aber ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz, zufuß in 15 Minuten zu erreichen ist. An der Stadtmauer zur Altstadt ist man zufuß in 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung, die Lage, die wunderschöne Stadt, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, die Schlüsselübergabe durch Fernanda: das alles ist eine 10 von 10!

Ich liebe einfach alles an diesem Appartement! Ich habe letztes Jahr schon eine umfassende Rezension geschrieben. Das Einzige, was ich noch ergänzen kann, dass Appartement wurde renoviert und ist nun noch schöner. Leider gibt es immer noch keinen Aufzug, dann wäre es perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit meinem Host Juan war wie immer super und Fernanda ist eh ein Schatz. Ich kann dieses Appartement nur empfehlen.

Top Lage; mitten im Leben der Stadt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen in der pulsierenden Altstadt. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Wer es gerne ruhig hat, ist am falschen Ort. Trotz der grossen Geschäftigkeit in mitten der Ausgangszone, war ein Rückzug auf die Dachterrasse herrlich, Mit etwas Distanz mitten drin zu sein, war für uns tiptop.

Der beste Urlaub, den ich je hatte!

Ich bin alleine für knapp 3 Wochen auf Ibiza gewesen und es war vor allem Dank Juans Wohnung ein absoluter Traum. Die Wohnung liegt total Zentral direkt am Hafen von Eivissa. Es ist sauber, groß und geräumig. Im Appartement fehlt es einem an nichts, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, mit allem was man benötigt. Ein Traum sind die beiden Dachterrassen mit absoluter mega Aussicht, wie oft stand ich dort oben und konnte mein Glück nicht fassen, so ein tolles Appartement gefunden zu haben. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich über Fewo direkt gebucht habe und man weiß ja nicht wirklich, was einen so erwartet, aber meine Erwartungen wurden einfach übertroffen. Obwohl ich alleine reiste, hatte ich keinen einzigen Moment Angst oder Sorge in dem Haus, wo die Wohnung drin ist, die Nachbarn waren alle super nett. Da die Wohnung so zentral liegt, musste ich mir nie Sorgen machen, ob ich was vergessen hab, wenn ich in die Stadt gegangen bin, konnte ich ja ganz schnell mal wieder nach Hause und genauso hat es sich für mich angefühlt, wie zu Hause. Man sollte sich im klaren sein, die Wohnung liegt, ich glaube es ist der dritte oder vierte Stock, ohne Aufzug, mir hat das nix ausgemacht, möchte es aber nicht unerwähnt lassen und die Wohnung ist mittendrin, es ist immer Trubel vor der Türe, was ich jedoch sehr liebe und als nicht störend empfunden habe. Juan ist ein toller Vermieter, immer erreichbar, hilft sofort weiter, wenn man fragen hat. Ich komme wieder,aber dann für noch länger ❤️

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Se trata de una edificio de principios del siglo XIX donde se ha conservado la esencia marinera de aquella época. Ya dentro del apartamento, la decoración y materiales que se han utilizado recuerdan las raíces del barrio, pero con todas las comodidades de un apartamento de lujo.
Las dos terrazas con vistas al puerto lo hacen muy especial , y la más alta, con vistas 360º es única.
