The Space:
Upstairs, you’ll enjoy an open-concept layout with vaulted ceilings, a leather sectional, and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring North Idaho. The living room flows seamlessly into the light-filled dining area and fully stocked kitchen, complete with bar seating, a Keurig Duo coffee station, hot cocoa, tea, and cookware for at-home meals. A dedicated desk/workstation offers a bright and quiet spot for remote work. For added comfort during warmer months, a portable A/C unit keeps the upstairs space cool and refreshing.
Downstairs, you’ll find two serene bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, dual closets, soft layered bedding, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed, ideal for families or groups, and offers direct access to the laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. Getting Around:
Guests have private access to the entire home, including both levels, the backyard patio, and laundry area. The fire pit and outdoor dining area are for guest use only.
Parking is available for two compact vehicles in the driveway. Larger vehicles, SUVs, or trucks must park on the street. Boats and trailers may be parked along the street on a first come, first serve basis.

Driveway parking is available for 2 compact vehicles only. Large trucks or SUVs will not fit in the designated driveway area and must park on the street.
