- Guests can park only in designated space

- Hosts must be notified of visitors

- Please refrain from rearranging furniture

- No food in the bedrooms

- Maximum of 6 guests

- Stays of 7 days or longer are provided a started pack of supplies but anything after, guests will be required to supply their own supplies
