Unique, 70s-style home with 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood near the Columbia river in North Richland!

Over 3,300 square feet with beautiful backyard and on the bike path through the neighborhood and along the river. Just blocks from Hanford H.S., WSU Tri-Cities, and the Hanford Site including PNNL.

Master bedroom: Queen bed with attached bath
2nd bedroom: Queen bed
3rd bedroom: Full size bed
4th bedroom: Queen Bed with attached bath and small Twin bed in extra space

Large open areas upstairs and downstairs with foosball, ping pong, exercise bike and large outdoor area with fire pit, pergola and balcony

This rental includes the entire house, garage, garden, and grounds
Private Entrance
This is not intended as a party house. Please limit the number of guests to 9 and the number of vehicles to 6. Quiet time after 9 pm.

Great place

We booked this house for family to stay while visiting us in Richland. There was plenty of room for everyone. The three bathrooms were appreciated. The master bedroom was large and with its own bathroom. The game room with the fussball and ping pong table was a lot of fun. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of counter space. The living room had two couch sets which is what we needed to spread out and be comfortable.

Nice home with river walk access!

This home is spacious and fit our families needs while we were in Richland for a softball tournament. It is just minutes away from the river walk and a Safeway is close also. The kitchen is well stocked and the kids enjoyed the ping pong and foosball games. We will stay here again when we come back!

Sister birthday reunion

We love staying in this home and had a great time with our sister reunion I felt like I didn’t know how to communicate with the property manager person and I would’ve liked to be able to text back-and-forth, but couldn’t see how to do it

Great locatio

Very good deal and a perfect setting for a family event, close to the river park walk, fire pit perfect. Good beds. Responsive host, very helpful. Great landing spot for wine exploration just 20 minutes away. River a 5 minute walk. Good parking

Just like Summer Vacation!

We loved this house! It's spacious and the kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples that came to go boating, biking, waterskiing and wine-tasting for a few days. Being able to walk to the river, the easy access to the boat launch and the bike path makes this house the perfect location. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

Very clean and no issues. Nice house with plenty of room in a clean neighborhood. Came here to fish so it was a great base camp for our group.

Richland Columbia River charmer

We were in town for a wedding & needed enough space for 4 adults. This was a perfect home for us - PLENTY of room! The river walk was across the street & was a wonderful way to start the day. We had some spectacular ping-pong games in the game room. It was hot, so unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy the covered porch or backyard. The neighborhood is leafy & beautiful. I love this home!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

This cool custom home in a quiet neighborhood right near the Columbia river is spacious and conveniently located. Property manager was exceptionally responsive and accommodating.

Very roomy rental

The rental was very easy to keep clean. We were surprised by all of the extras included. Plenty of sheets, towels and bedding, soaps and toilet paper included. We would feel very comfortable recommending the house to any of our friends and family.

Great gathering place

We were in town for our sons wedding. This home was great for kids of all ages. We gathered here because it was the largest place. Very close to the river and great walking paths near by. We loved being able to go for walks on the path right from the house and enjoy the river. Spacious home with ample sleeping spaces. We had a great time gathering around a fire in the backyard roasting hotdogs! Host was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to all.

Perfect location

The biggest pros of this house is very close location to river and parks. Perfect for big companies - a lot of space. Cons for me was cleaness: windows need to be washed, clean up garage, backyard, grill, take out bath sponges. But still I'd recommend stay in this property.

Great Location!

The location of the property is excellent! Great for walking with a view of the river from the house. This worked great for our family, we had plenty of room to spead out. I hope we get to go back. Thank you, Shannon and family

No Cable, No Local TV..only internet, which was out most of our visit!

Some early 70's charm, large Master BR with a great sized closet, but small bed. Kruerig coffee maker was nice, and well stocked. Home is large, has nice view windows. Lower level with bed & bath is perfect for kids! Backyard has a beautiful pergola, but unable to use, as the yard is in disarray, overgrown dead tree growth, as is the rest of the property, with spiders everywhere. No garden, as is stated in the listing. No mattress pads on any beds. Pillows were comfy. Quiet neighborhood. There was a note on the garage, that said, Garage is not part of the Rental..Probably won't rent again. The no cable is a deal breaker, as my older mother was counting on relaxing and watching her shows & the news.
