Appy Pappy's is an enticing three-story log cabin nestled on a wooded lot with seasonal mountian views, located between Boone and Banner Elk.

- PARKING: Gravel driveway accommodates up to (4) four vehicles and has a bit of a steep incline. AWD or 4WD strongly recommended during winter months and carry tire chains, as required by the Town of Seven Devils. We are not responsible for delays or inability to reach the property due to inadequate vehicle equipment.
- All cabin trash must be taken to the neighborhood dumpster at the base of the hill upon checkout (located across from the pond, as you're leaving the cabin, it's on the right on Bradley Blvd)
-Never leave children unattended near the hot tub or outdoor fire pit

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which helps make for a smoother check-in process.**

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*

Well-appointed with plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax. Definitely recommend a four-wheel drive for the steep access road and driveway.
