The living room is designed for relaxation and comfort, featuring a cosy sofa bed, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table that seats six. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. You’ll also have access to a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The first bedroom is a welcoming space with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom offers a king-size bed. All beds are prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay.

Finally, the bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure the highest standard of comfort.

Fed by the circular boulevard, it is within walking distance of Creek Marina — a one-of-a-kind waterfront destination brimming with shops and restaurants like Al Bayat al Palace, Saya and Batoni, and only a 15-minute drive from Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport.

Offering enchanting views of the Creek Marina, with the backdrop of Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai on one side and the beautifully landscaped parkland on the other, every day breaks onto a picturesque panorama. Set among a host of gourmet restaurants, vibrant cafés, and world-class entertainment venues, Harbour Views presents you and your family with the chance to create unforgettable memories.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest metro station, Financial Centre (M-Red), is just a 17-minute drive.

Burj Khalifa is 19 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 23 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
