Out back, the heated pool is the main attraction — perfect for a dip during the day or a soak after sunset. Kick back on the daybed or loungers, fire up the grill in the full outdoor kitchen, or gather around the firepit. There’s plenty to keep your group entertained, including ping pong, cornhole, and more outdoor games. And when the sun goes down, cue up a movie on the projector screen and settle in for a backyard cinema night.



Inside, the open layout makes it easy for everyone to hang out together. The living room is bright and laid-back, the dining table fits the whole crew, and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook, snack, or serve drinks in style. You’re a short drive (or scooter ride) from coffee shops, taco joints, live music venues, and some of the best food trucks in the city. Despite being so close to the action, the neighborhood itself is quiet and residential — a perfect blend of energy and calm.



Whether you're here to explore the local scene or just unwind poolside, this location gives you the best of both worlds.



Getting Around:

Easily get around on foot, by car, bike, taxi, etc.



Other Things to Note:

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
