Nuestra cabaña es un retiro privado y tranquilo. Tiene una cama queen size con cortinas de privacidad, sala de estar, comedor, cocina, baño con ducha (de mano y estacionaria) y bañera. También un gran armario con lavadora y secadora. Regrese de la carretera al final del largo camino de entrada. Pequeña área cercada con valla de privacidad para mantener seguros a los niños y las mascotas. Apto para 2 o 3 personas y posible mascota. Se proporcionan todos los utensilios de cocina. We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The contact that I had with the owner was very quick and pleasant. We were welcomed with a basket of snacks, eggs, muffins in refrigerator and bananas. It was very thoughtful but with our agenda our foods were provided. It was 12 miles from our son’s house which made it perfect. The cottage could use some overall cleaning but not too bad for the time we were there. Our dogs loved the closed in front yard. I definitely will want to stay again.

A Quaint Little Love Nest

Me and my lover truly enjoyed our stay here. It is so quiet and peaceful and has everything we needed. The location is close to anything you would want to do in Atlanta or Marietta, but gives you a spot for a getaway to nibble on a love newton. It was perfect for our little dog as well. The bed is extremely comfortable and I really enjoyed the peaceful little fenced in area in the front. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

Very nice and clean cottage

We were visiting family for Christmas and needed a place close by. This cottage is tucked away and very cute. The inside is clean and offered plenty of space for myself, my husband and our dog. It was a perfect place to stay during out visit.

We’ll Definitely Return

We were so thrilled with our stay at Stacey’s Cottage. She’s very responsive, has the perfect spot and all necessary amenities. Our dogs also had a completely fenced in yard to keep them safe. Thanks Stacey!

Excellent experience

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is quiet & secluded, yet it is convenient to everything back on the main drag through town. It was super clean when we arrived. There were snacks on the counter and eggs in the fridge. We will definitely book here again in the future!

Will stay here again!

The cottage was very neat and set up very pretty. It was super clean. Very nice touches. Everything was perfect. He even left us some fruit and necessities in the refrigerator, top of the line appliances, washing machine and dryer, and all the conveniences of home. We didn't have any complaints at all. We loved it

Best little cabin in Georgia!! Perfect for our wedding anniversary! The dog loved it too!

What a place! Thanks to Stacey, we had everything we needed. Everything from toiletries to back up dog supplies. There was a fresh carton of eggs, snack basket, coffee/tea, creamer. The list goes on and on. This was perfect for a long weekend getaway. It is close to Cartersville, which is adorable. Great trails and parks in the area. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet, while in town visiting family and friends. It's also great for a special occasion, or a family of three who likes to bring along the fur babies! We had our dog with us, and she loved the fenced yard to hang out in. Five stars isn't enough credit for this place. Thanks again Stacey and family, for helping us feel at home in Powder Springs.

Our 3 day stay in a wonderful little house.

Very clean, nicely layed out room. Plenty large enough for my wife and myself. Though we did not use them, liked the added touches of food in the frigerator, snacks, etc. Loved being away from city noises and other guests. Word of caution though. The shower water control is plumbed backwards. It should start out cold and as you turn further left (toward red dot) get warmer. I burnt my hamd due to the hot water at the beginning. Also some barking from neighborhood dogs. Other than the 2 things, we really enjoy our time staying there, and will hope to do so again when we visit our son and family. Really an A++ place to stay. You will enjoy it.

Let down in a major way by the Owner

This cottage is located within ten minutes of our son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren, and my husband and I had high hopes to enjoy this home and stay repeatedly. Because I was so excited about the size and location, I put down a deposit right away, and then promptly paid the balance the week prior to our stay. I had no communication with the owner, Stacey. I was not concerned, as I had stayed at vrbo homes four times prior in four different states and had excellent experiences. A week prior to our stay, I messaged Stacey through the proper channels of this site and did not hear anything back. I was aware that the owner did not provide keys or entrance information too far in advance. I was only looking for a, "Yes, we have you confirmed and we are looking forward to your stay." I sent her several messages in the days leading up to our scheduled arrival, and about five frantic messages the day prior, the last of which was, "Stacey, I don't feel comfortable landing in Atlanta not hearing from you. If I don't hear from you, I'll need to cancel this stay." When I went to bed at 9pm the night before, I had not a single response. The next morning, at 4am, as we were up to catch our flight, I finally received three messages from her. The first seemed to be the general one, as it was not personalized to us, the second was a lengthy explanation; she had changed internet providers. I don't know if I believe this as I have to assume she still had access to a phone some time during the week. The last message was to tell me that she had refunded our money. So she never even gave us the option to still stay. With a genuine apology and a reasonable explanation, we still would have stayed. Instead, we had to drive around stopping at hotels for availability before we could visit with the kids. This was by far the worst vrbo experience I've had, and I will be very reluctant to use vrbo in the future. The only good thing I can say is that she did refund our money, as I was very worried about that being an issue.

Exceeded Expectations

We had the privilege of staying at this cozy chatteau for over 5 weeks. We wanted to be close to our family and this cottage was merely miles away (and super close to the grandsons' baseball park). Upon arrival, we found that the cottage was immaculate. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderful. We were greeted with a basket full of snacks & fresh flowers in a vase. The cottage is at the end of a gravel driveway and is extremely quiet. The owners are right next door so we didn't feel isolated but we felt very much independent and able to unwind. The surrounding area is filled with lush trees and sounds of birds. A mere 1/4 mile walk down the driveway allowed us to run / walk along the beautiful streets and there were 2 neighborhoods where we weaved in and out. The pantry and refridgerator stocked with teas, coffee, seasonings, and odds and ends that made it feel very much like "home." Within 2 miles, there are restaurants and grocery stores (Kroger & Sprouts). We appreciated that the cottage had a washer/dryer and an extra little room where we left our belongings / extra clothes / games / etc. so it was out of sight in the main area. The bed is comfortable and the furnishings "just right" We cannot say "THANK YOU" enough to the owners of the Chatteau for allowing us to stay in their little home!

Lovely cabin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was beautiful and was in the perfect location for us to visit our son at Kennesaw State. The host took care of every detail to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. HIGHLY recommend.

Charming, peaceful cottage

We stayed 3 nights and we were very happy and satisfied. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, very conveniently located to restaurants and shops. The kitchen is fully stocked, bathroom has cozy soft towels, the bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep, plenty of pillows and blankets, great wifi too! If you're looking in the area this place is highly recommended. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!!

great quick getaway

So cozy and cute!

Stacey's cottage is a perfect little home away from home, so much thought went into the cottage, its cuter than cute! And cozy, we had everything we needed while there, it was a wonderful, well thought-out, CUTE place to stay for a couple days while plumbing got fixed at our house. Would definitely stay again!

This property has been newly converted from a detached garage. It is very nicely decorated with all the needs and utensils.

This cottage has it's own private yard with a fire pit and patio chairs. It is shaded by a large oak tree. Being back off the road, it is very quiet at night with no traffic noise. We also provide a starter set up of Coffee, fresh farm eggs, bread and snacks. The cottage also is equipped with a whole house water filtration system.
