Located at the beginning of Waikiki, this spacious apartment at the Lanikea building features unbeatable ocean views from the private lanai, 2 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open concept living & dining area, multiple workstations, hardwood floors, in-unit washer/dryer, flatscreen TV's, WIFI/cable, central AC, ceiling fans, and 2 covered parking stalls.
*Please note that this is a flexible property, no switching of guests is allowed. Strict no smoking policy.
**Important to note: Lanikea building management requires $250 "move-in" fee for all new guests/tenants. This $250 charge is separate from the booking payment and is guest/tenant responsibility to pay directly to the building upon check-in.
KITCHEN/DINING
This unit features a full kitchen with a full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ample cupboard space, kitchen sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and rice cooker. Also includes plenty of cookware, cutlery, glassware, coffee mugs, plates, bowls and more. Dining area right off the kitchen includes circular dining table, which is expandable, with seating for 4-7 (utilizing extra chairs in bedrooms).
LIVING AREA
This unit's open concept living space features a leather couch, matching lounge chair, coffee table, and flatscreen tv.
BED/BATH
Master bedroom features a queen size bed (sleeps two), two bedside tables and lamps, two closets with mirrored sliding doors, dresser, two vanity/work tables with chairs, and flatscreen TV.
En suite master bathroom includes a double sink vanity, tub/shower combination, TOTO washlet, and washer/dryer in closet.
Guest bedroom features a full size bed (sleeps two), a bedside table and reading lamp, closet with mirrored sliding doors, shelf space, and work desk and chair.
Full guest bathroom includes a single sink vanity, tub/shower combination, and toilet.
OUTDOOR AREAS
This unit features a spacious private lanai with outdoor furniture, including a cafe table and 4 chairs.
