This Painesville lodge boasts 5 inviting bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 6 full beds, and 2 twin beds and sleeps 20 people. With 3 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests will have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential dishes needed for cooking and dining. The downstairs includes a washer and dryer along with a game room with arcade games and foosball table. Walk out onto the deck and enjoy a soak in the hot tub. Amenities include WiFi, heating, and AC.

The private 35 acre property features outdoor highlights such as a pool, pool house (which includes a bar, bathrooms, shuffleboard table, ping pong table, small kitchen, picnic tables, and grill), swimming pond with sand beach and pavilion, and a second catch and release fishing pond and waterfall. As the night unwinds, enjoy company around the sunken fire pit. An added bonus to the location is the wineries are a quick 15 minute drive away. We think our property is property an excellent choice for your next getaway or retreat!

Fantastic house with a large property in a lovely location. Everything is really neatly organized in every room. It is highly advised that large groups of people spend time in comfortable rooms and play areas.

Justin was a great host! The property is beautiful! If you are planning to cook your meals there you may want to bring your own cooking utensils and pans as the kitchen was not well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

House was amazing. Needed to check in a little earlier than booked. Manager made it happen! We had some minor issues that were taken care of almost immediately. It was brought to our attention that the hot tub was broken from the previous rental. The host offered another option to have one brought in. It was going to be a little bit of a hassle to get it there, so we passed. But the thought and urgency to correct an issue was amazing. House was clean, plenty of dishes to use. Could’ve used some extra trash bags. The one that was provided fills up quickly with 10 people in the house. Overall was a great experience and look forward to making another stay at this property.

We took a weekend trip with a couple families & some friends. This property was perfect! The house was clean & had everything we needed for the weekend. The property was beautiful as well. We loved the pool house & it gave us a great place to hang out & enjoy the weather. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating & made us feel very welcome. We would absolutely love to make a trip back & can’t recommend this place enough!

This is an amazing place!! Definitely a great value. It has everything you need and more...from a beautiful house to rest and relax to a back yard building set up with a kitchen, refrigerator, shower n bathroom,couches, table, and bar to hang out at. We had a group in for a family n friends golf weekend and the building was perfect for us all to gather, eat n chat. The owner Justin and his wife did everything possible to make our stay a special time. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Justin for your hospitality. See you again next year!!

Painesville Paradise!

From the moment we first connected with the owners of this property, we knew it was going to be special. They took such an interest in our unique family gathering and did all they could to make it happen for us. Check in went exactly as described but I'm not sure anyone would have noticed because the property took our breath away! Gorgeous, well cared for grounds. The ponds yielded hours of enjoyment for our lone fisherman. The pool and pool house provided all kinds of fun and games. The owners even provided some pool toys for us from their own supply and were always available if we had questions or needed anything.The house is spacious and provided plenty of room for the 15 of us with a lovely primary bedroom that had easy access to the hot tub and a ramp down to the grounds for our elderly guests. And we can't say enough about the huge kitchen and dining area as there were several times multiple people were cooking, cleaning, 'supervising' and yet we could move around without any trouble. Since our family is from all over North America, it was important to be able to dine together and the extra large dining table accommodated as many as wanted to sit together. The folding table and benches we brought from home came in handy on the deck off the dining/living area for sitting outside in the lovely weather we had. Highly recommend taking advantage of that deck!This is a wonderful place to enjoy a gathering of family or friends. A true slice of paradise!
