Escápese a esta encantadora casa renovada en el lago que se encuentra en una cala tranquila, abierta y de aguas profundas, a solo 5 minutos de las principales tiendas, restaurantes y muchos tipos de entretenimiento. Great Spot on Lake Norman

The house was clean and comfortable and a great spot to spend a few days on the lake. The screened in patio was the perfect place to relax when not jumping off the dock to swim in the lake. Great communication from the owners as well!

Beautiful home

This is a lovely, convenient home with many amenities. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked. We had 6 adults but it would be great for families too. Very nice neighborhood and quiet cove where boaters respect the no-wake zone. We especially enjoyed the large screened in porch for meals.

You can stop looking, this is an incredible place to stay! The house is beautiful, and it has a ton of different hang out areas depending on what you want to do. The completely enclosed screen back deck is perfect. Our boys spent hours just jumping from all areas of the dock and loved exploring. Great little cove to swim, float or explore on the water toys. You feel tucked away and on vacation, but it is just minutes away from grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and really anything you would need. Cannot recommend this place more, and hope to be back in the future!

Summer Fun

We loved our stay at the “Duck Cove”!! My family had such a wonderful time. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The dock for sunbathing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing during the day. S’mores by the fire at night and relaxing and reading on the screened in porch!! Paul was excellent at communicating and responded quickly when I had a question. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Wonderful stay at this lake house. Beautiful home and property right on the lake. House is also conveniently located close to all shopping you can need. Check process was simple and owners were a pleasure to work with. Hope to return again in the future with my family.

Have rented the property 4 times in the last year. Excellent home. Very well appointed, easy access to grocery stores/costco. Lots of room for entertaining friends and family.

A wonderful lake vacation

House was located in a great location on the lake with shade from the afternoon sun to enjoy dock for swimming and large screen porch for relaxing and dining. Home is well-kept and felt like you were enjoying a friend's lake home not a rental. Loved everything about this home. The owners were wonderful. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Girl's Weekend Getaway!

This home was a great place for annual girl's weekend. We enjoy the gorgeous views and were lucky enough to have gorgeous weather too! The home slept all 7 of us comfortably and the kitchen was very well stocked! They even scheduled for the grass to be cut and deck blown off right before we arrived (we got there a bit early and witnessed this). We all went for a morning stroll and the neighbors outside couldn't have been nicer! Would definitely recommend for a nice relaxing weekend!

Wonderful Lake Norman Home

Our week at Lake Norman in this lovely home was perfect. It offered an idyllic setting with a beautiful view of the lake. Whether it was fishing off the dock, kayaking, swimming, or enjoying happy hour on the large dock the lake provided such a relaxing venue. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and the location of the home is ideal to grocery stores, nearby restaurants, and the interstate. The home is spacious, clean, very comfortable and accommodated our group of 7 perfectly. Beds were super comfortable and the linens and bedding were good quality. Bathrooms are dated and small but functional and workable. If you plan to cook a lot, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. I would suggest bringing spices, salt, pepper, and other condiments if traveling by car as nothing is left from previous renters or the owner. Paul was very responsive and left very good instructions on how the TV operated and other important details of the house. We had a wonderful week and I would certainly consider renting this lovely home again...it's a real gem.

Love this property!

This is a perfect property to get away and enjoy the lake with family and friends. We have rented this home several times and always have a great stay. Lots of space for everyone, well appointed kitchen, the beds are comfortable and the screen porch and lower porch are awesome! Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner’s are easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Very nice

Location was great, house was nice and had plenty of room for all 8 of us. But the outdoor areas were the best!!! We spent 90% of the time either on the screened in porch or by the water when we weren’t boating.

The home was fully equip to serve our family of 8! We were able to enjoy the comforts of the property and there was space for everyone to spread out or stay together! Memories made by all! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

Place was terrific and well-kept. Nice layout and lived very well for our group of nine. Dock is really nice and Paul did a great job of making sure our stay went well. Kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed

Had a wonderful stay and loved the location, house, yard, dock, and lake location. Brought our boat and kept it at the dock all week. Highly recommend.

Great home on Lake Norman

Great home with even better view of lake! Home equipped with everything you need. Three bedrooms on main floor with two baths and fourth downstairs with kitchenette and bathroom.

Gorgeous house with awesome view. Spacious with several seating areas inside & outside. Excellent owner communication & accommodation. Paul is wonderful. Clean with good beds & mattresses. Highly recommended.

Our family comes from generation’s that have lived on the water and enjoyed water sports as a family past time. We knew that one day we wanted to have a home on the lake to continue that tradition and create our own memories for our family and grandchildren.

We love this quiet cove for swimming and water sports. The terrific view without rough water is the perfect vacation venue. Only 35 minutes from Charlotte and 5 minutes from all conveniences returns us to the word location.

This home has been in the VRBO listing for several years by the previous owners and has been very popular for those that have come and stayed for a week in the summer or great getaway weekend.
