Villa with two separate four-bed apartments and pool

Our "Villa Luce Vita" consists of two separate apartments, each with its own entrance.
Nestled in a peaceful setting near Biokovo Nature Park - just 5 min. by car to the next beach and 10 min. to Makarska’s historic old town.
Take in stunning views of the sea and the mountains.
All rooms and the terraces are furnished with charm and great art work that will surround you during your stay.
The space
Each apartment (approx. 80 sqm) can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of:
• living room with a fireplace, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen
• master bedroom with double bed and en suite-bathroom with shower
• bedroom with two separate beds
• second bathroom with shower
• laundry closet with washing machine

The bed sizes are:
1st floor:
• double bed 180x200
• two single beds 90x200
2nd floor:
• double bed 200x200
• two single beds 90x200

The living area features two air conditioning units, while each bedroom is equipped with its own unit. Additionally, the bathrooms are fitted with underfloor heating.
You have free private parking in a residential garage with 3 spaces.
WiFi is available within the entire property.

To refresh yourself, swim in the pool with an outdoor shower or just relax and enjoy the different views from several different terraces and seating areas.
There are eight sun loungers and four sun umbrellas available.

Outside there is a grill at your disposal for barbecues and a dining table with eight seats.
Other things to note
If you are interested in art, we also offer paintings by the house owner, who has a Master of the Royal College of Art in London.

I also offer a free yoga class—just let me know if you’d like to take it.

The nearest supermarket is a 3-minute drive away.

The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras, which can be turned off if you wish.

Makarska is an ideal spot for boat excursions to the islands of Hvar, Brač or Korčula as well as a great starting point for day trips to the historic towns of Dubrovnik, Split or Zadar.
The nature park Biokovo provides a unique experience. Visit a new attraction on Biokovo, the Skywalk, an amazing glass bridge with stunning sea views.
