In order to access the complex or property, we need you to send us the images of the IDs of the people who will be staying, as well as the license plate of their vehicles, 1 day before the reservation. Otherwise, access to the project may be difficult since the project staff only works during business hours and the owner of the property is the one who manages the access.

- This apartment is located in a closed and monitored development, so identity documents are required to register guests and visitors.

We inform you that electricity in Punta Cana is one of the most expensive in all of America (US$0.35). For this reason, in order to keep our prices competitive and guarantee a quality experience, we request an energy aid of US$5 per night that will be requested by the Resolutions Center. If you are unable to make this contribution, please refrain from renting.

If your stay is longer than 15 days, we can gladly negotiate a special rate for the deposit.
