Luxury Villa in Southampton
Escape to luxury and serenity in this newly renovated 5,500 sq ft home. Enjoy the spacious two story, six bedroom, four and a half bath, full gym, brand new heated gunite pool and Jacuzzi. Indoor eat-in chef's kitchen , outdoor Kitchen & BBQ grill, , marble countertops and island with seating, formal dining room, den. Two Master suites feature with bathroom, and additional bedrooms and baths are all beautifully finished. Relax on several terraces and patios. Sonos sound system indoor/ outdoor.
Upper level: Two Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one with private balcony. The brand new kitchen/dining flows into a large living room with fireplace . Sliding doors in living space to deck on both level. Flow of the house is outstanding an allows for extremely useable space which is refined but ultimately laid back and relaxing.
Lower level: four bedrooms, gym , den, two bathrooms, Kitchenette and laundry room.
Cable TV, WiFI.
No Daily Maid Service – While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home. The beach towels are provided only for use in the pool area.
Departure Cleaning - Tenants are paying for departure cleaning by maid. Cleaning by a maid will assure that house is ready for the next tenant to move in. Cleaning cost is $550 for the entire house.
Fully optional serviced house with gardening, pool care, domestic help, if requested.
POOL AND JACUZZI ARE OPEN AND HEATED FROM MAY 15TH TO OCTOBER 30TH.
EVENT, PARTY or WEDDING IS NOT ALLOWED.
We will be at the house to greet you and make sure you understand the working of our luxury villa in Southampton.
Located close to all village restaurants, shops, beaches and supermarket.
The Pool and Hot Tub is open from late April through early November.
Garbage pickup is schedule for every Tuesday and Friday 6AM.
Please leave large green garbage can outside driveway for pick up.
Excessive use of Pool and Jaccuzi heating can incur at tenant's expense.

NO parties and NO events.
