Stylish, newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home nestled in the heart of the Rittenhouse District. The gourmet kitchen features white cabinetry, quartz countertops. The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with tub and shower. The 3rd level primary suite has a gorgeous spa ensuite bath equipped with heated floors, a luxurious steam shower and multiple shower heads. Just a short walk to Rittenhouse Square, South Street and the Broad Street subway line with excellent dining/upscale shopping options. Located on a quiet, neighborhood street in the heart of Philadelphia within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Nearby street parking, as well as paid lot and garage options are provided before arrival.

This was the perfect stay for my family and I! The house was very clean and decorated nicely! All of the bedrooms were comfortable and there was very little sound outside to disturb our sleep! I would recommend this place to anyone, as it is not a far walk into Rittenhouse! The hosts are very friendly and attentive!

Lovely row home. This was in an excellent location and my family of four (two kids and grandparents) were all very comfortable. Host had great communication. We definitely recommend and will stay here again as it’s close to family.

We couldn’t have hoped for a better rental for our multigenerational party of 5 adults in Philly. Super comfy beds and furnishings throughout; good lighting, great water pressure even on the 3rd floor, quiet, and excellent location. Even the bunk bed room worked out for our elderly friend! Everyone slept well and had a great time in a great city.

My parents, husband and I enjoyed our stay! The street is cute, and the neighborhood is really nice. We parked the car in the Symphony House garage - very close and we were able to make a reservation ahead of time, so no stress there. It was great to have a fully stocked kitchen (both a Keurig and a small coffee pot). I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Philly, as a family of 6. This property was beyond our expectations. It was clean, located near everything you could want ...and the bathroom...mic drop. Property hosts were very responsive and kind. I would stay here again and recommend this house to anyone I care about.

Amazing communication. Beautiful space with tons of room, great light, and super amenities. Amazing location - just minutes from the Orange line so if you’re attending a sporting event and need a great base camp this is it.Great neighbourhood, quiet, with everything you could ask for. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Rittenhouse Square area. It was a 12 minute walk to anywhere I needed to be, and a very short Uber ride from the 30th St. train station. The street was very quiet and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe. Matt and Holly were wonderful hosts, communicated quickly and often, and even accommodated an early check in for us. The home is beautifully, renovated, and has every amenity you can imagine. If I could give this property more than five stars I would! We have a lot of family in this area, and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Matt and Holly!

This townhouse is stellar and highly recommed it. It is spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring Philadelphia on foot or via a short Uber ride, depending on one's activity level. Our party consisted of four adults but it could accommadate six with the third bedroom bunk beds. The only caveat is that it is an older historic building with three levels and narrow stair steps. So if one has mobility issues, they would need to take that into consideration. Eventhough we are all in our seventies, we had no difficulties. We had a wonderful stay and the hosts were responsive and accommodating.

Our home has a beautiful blend of old and new. It has a traditional historic look (built in 1915) but the interior is newly renovated with modern, upgraded amenities.
