Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed with en-suite full bathroom (new photo coming soon!)
Second Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed with en-suite full bathroom
Third Bedroom (Upstairs): Two queen beds with en-suite full bathroom

Half Bath: Located on the main level

Traveling with little ones?
We’ve got you covered! The home includes a pack-and-play, a booster seat with tray, and a baby gate. One child under 3 years old does not count toward the total guest headcount.

Fees:

Our Cleaning Fee is always included in the price! But, Please note - Failure to follow check-out instructions may result in additional cleaning fees deducted from the refundable security deposit.

Guest Services and Taxes are automatically included by VRBO.
The "Guest Services" fee goes to VRBO not the HOST.

Extras:

3 hairdryers (one in each bathroom)
Black “Makeup” washcloths provided — please use these to keep our linens fresh for future guests

Guest Requirements & Important Details

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, the primary guest must complete guest verification within 48 hours of booking. Your reservation will be fully confirmed after this step.

Before check-in, guests must:

Sign the rental agreement (within 7 days of booking confirmation)
Provide a valid government-issued photo ID
Provide a credit card in the name matching the reservation for security purposes

Additional Information

Additional guest fees may apply depending on the number of guests and house rules
A valid ID and credit/debit card may be required at check-in for incidentals
Special requests (early check-in, late check-out) are subject to availability and may incur a fee, we will do our best to accommodate
Parties and large events are not permitted

Damage Policy

We understand accidents happen — if something breaks, please let us know so we can make it right before the next guest arrives. Significant damages may result in additional charges.

You’ll receive all check-in details 24 hours before your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy start to your stay.
