Our family apartment in the suburbs of Helsinki is available for the time that we are travelling 3-21. july.
We have been hosting for almost 10 years in different places. This is our new apartment, and most of it is newly renovated. If you can put up with a few imperfections (the bathroom is NOT yet renovated!) you can enjoy the great advantages that our place has to offer
- large apartment, peaceful environment, garden, nearby river and green area, free 24h city parking lot
The space
This is a 3-bedroom apartment, on the ground floor of a small residential building. It is a peaceful place, neighbours are quiet and respectful, and we expect our guests to be quiet and respectful to the neighbours and our belongings.
We live in this apartment and it is not regularly available for rent, only when we are away.
Important: We only want satisfied guests who will leave us glowing 5-star reviews. That is why our description is very detailed, mentioning every imperfection that might be of bother to some people, so that you can decide not to book with us if you are one of them.
2 bedrooms will be available to you, one will be locked with our stuff inside :)
One bedroom is bigger and the other is smaller. Both have 120cm beds. There is a 90cm bed and additional mattresses that can be added to bedrooms if needed.
Livingroom has a sofa and 2 armchairs that can also be taken out to the garden. Garden is like a rainforest :D We inherited it and didn't have time to do much about it.
The kitchen is fully equipped, but it just doesn't have a coffee machine. You may, however, use our instant coffee as well as our teas, oils, spices sauces in the fridge :)
Dining space has a large table and 6 chairs
The bathroom is basic! We didn't get to renovate it yet, the shower is in the wrong place, so the water must be swiped from the floor towards the drain after showering (takes 1 minute, but if you will leave us less than 5 5-star review because of that, please choose another place) But if you can put up with that, it's clean otherwise.
