Talk about location! You are a short walk to The Hangout, Coffee Shops, and the Beach. This home can sleep 12 guests. You can fish directly off the dock and catch redfish, trout, and other species. You can park 8-10 cars on the property at no additional cost. The home has water views from almost every room, even the outdoor shower has a view. You can launch a boat or kayaks from the shared boat ramp. This is a great budget friendly family home for all size groups! With fresh new updates, I am excited to host you! The place was nice, clean and a good location. One block off the main road. We enjoyed the dock and fishing from right behind the house. With that being said, this is NOT a three bathroom home. The 1/2 bath located in the laundry room that is outside the home and down the stairs should not be advertised as a third bathroom. We booked this home because it was a three bed/three bath for each person to have their own bathroom and two had to share.

We arrived early just to find the location before going to grocery shop. A couple was on sit, with a rude disrespectful attitude asking me what i was doing their after explaining to her we were only riding looking for the location. We then arrived at 417pm she were still cleaning. She didnt leave until 435 or so. The house was not cleaned completely. Beds were not made up. Towels were very dingy. I am attaching photos. I sat down on a foton bed and it broke when I sat down. Not satisfied with the cleaning and out dated living furniture.

POS and cons

Definitely some good and not so great things. The location and space was really good for our family of 6 with children ranging 5-19. Owners responded promptly to questions. Short 5-10 min walk to public beach, manageable 20 minute walk to the Hangout. Peaceful lagoon out back. Several eating options within 5-20 minutes walk. The open living room/kitchen was nice Kitchen supplies somewhat old and the blender was from the 70’s-80’s and broken. Small dock and back porch was old and weathered.’The worst thing was quite a few mosquitos came out of the shower and were congregating by the back door.

Family time at the beach

Beach time with 3 yrs old and family dog was enjoyed by all adults. Owner was very attentive to any issues that we had. Home was exactly as pictured. Great location.

One of our best and most memorable beach trips!

We enjoyed the peacefulness of the location but loved how close it was to all the beach activities. Will definitely be booking again & the host was very pleasant to work with.

Amazing vacation

Our stay was outstanding. We were hoping for some rest and relaxation but also some fun in the sun. This location was perfect for us. Spent a ton of time fishing off the dock and caught a fair share. Enough to keep us entertained. Also caught a few crabs. Being able to walk or ride bikes to the beach and local stores and restaurants was great too. Our teenage kids loved the freedom to get out and explore without us parents. Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and the rest of the surrounding areas had plenty to offer everyone in our party so no one got bored even though we all have different interests. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely check its availability on our next trip to the area.

Thanksgiving week

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful location for a summer trip. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Not too far from the beach. Our family had more than enough space in this beautiful home.

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable!

Our stay at this home was fabulous! House was clean and ready with AC pumping upon our arrival. Which made us happy. Landlord was very communicative and helpful. Although, we didn’t need him much as everything was in tip-top shape. We only needed the main bedrooms in the home, we did not use the extra room off the deck. Very close to a little grocery store and coffee shop and the beach is walking distance. We having stayed in this area before, did invest in a wagon this year prior to our trip to make toting the cooler, towlels, etc easier! We used Ike’s rentals for chair and umbrella service. It was a very relaxing place to spend a week!

Such a cozy home

This place was the best I have been to in a long time you did not need for anything it was fully stocked with everything you needed from towels to cooking the sheer amount of things they had stocked for you too use was amazing!! 10 out of 10 for this property!!

Nice spot on the water

Nice little house to stay in. We enjoyed it. We only booked for two nights just to extend another trip we had planned. We would stay here again.
