Aspectos positivos: Llegada, comunicación y ubicación
The condo itself was nice, the location was great. Right on the beach, can't beat that. The rooms were clean. Floor was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable, one soft and one firm. Couch is clean and comfortable, its a pull out. We didnt try it. The Murphy bed was very convenient. All the mattresses had plastic covers on them, which was nice! Murphy bed was also comfortable but had a smell to it. Not the mattress but the metal frame itself from being stored in the wall maybe?. Beds were clean, linens are provided. View off balcony was beautiful. I would recommend bringing a rug/mat for the balcony, its filthy. Air conditioners worked awesome! I enjoyed the clean rooms, tv, balcony and view. The cons- I didn't have any big issues with the unit besides the kitchen pots. We stayed for a week so we did cook, pots were all horrible and should all be replaced. The building/property needs attention, a deep clean, paint and repairs. There were only 4 tubes available for the lazy river and people took them to the pool.Bring your own towels. Pools were clean, hot tubs are out of order.Everyone that works there was very nice.The restaurant and tiki bar were both closed the whole week we were there, disappointed. . Overall it was a nice place to stay. Clean, which is most important.
