This new spacious townhouse has an open concept main floor with a living room, designated dining room, kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. There are spacious storage closets on the main floor as well as a main floor half bathroom. Stay warm this winter with the 2-car attached garage with two shoe drying units (up to four pairs of shoes at once).

Hang out in the open-concept living room which offers plenty of space to relax, play games or watch TV. You will also find a patio with outdoor seating on the main floor.

Upstairs you will find three (3) bedrooms that all have views of mountains from the bedroom windows!

Bedroom one is the primary suite with a king bed and is situated away from the other two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The master suite also has a smart TV.

Down the hallway you will find an additional full bathroom along with the second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom with two (2) twin beds. You will also find desks in the queen and twin bedrooms.

Cleaning your gear is easily accessible with a full-sized washer/dryer.
