Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed everything about our stay. This seemed truly like a home away from home. It was quiet, yet so close to the action. The pool was wonderful and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Plan on staying again as soon as possible!Only thing to keep in mind is that bikes are not included and there is no BBQ.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was great. The kitchen was even stocked with spices and Olive oil. But, the AC was broken when we checked in on Saturday so the first 2 nights were pretty miserable. AC got fixed Monday and everything was peachy after that.

Had water on the bathroom floor when I checked in and found a cracked toilet. They had it replaced the same day I reported it.

Very clean with lots of supplies for a week stay. Great location!!! Master bed very high off the floor. Hot water varies at times throughout the day and night.

You are close to restaurants, a well stocked grocery store, and activities galore. The condo was a bit smaller than expected, but was clean and well stalked. My only issue was the height of the double bed. As an older couple, we found it nearly impossible to get into; we opted for the twin beds in the second bedroom.

The unit is smallish but accurately described and it was plenty big enough for my family. And no one mentioned it but the pool water is chilled!! Walking distance to shops and things.

Nice Place but ....

We searched and found a wonderful property that had our dates available-paid the deposit..payment clearded the bank..over a week later told no longer available. 2nd condo..SAME thing. Finally locked in "Sunset View" Nice place- as others said..well equiped..cleaner than most..BUT..would have been very helpful to have directions on how to work the TV..two remotes..very frustrating. Also...their is no oven in the stove. (That is a first for us) The microwave had an "oven" button but with no directions..not sure what that would have been like (the pictures of the condo clearly show an oven in the stove.hmm?? another disappointment. Would we return to this condo? Probably not.

Excellent Property

We have stayed in a variety of condos in Truman Annex and this was the most well stocked one of all....extra detergent (clothes and dishes), plenty of cook and dining utensils (not that we used much of them), and extras like aluminum foil, storage bags and garbage bags. These are welcome when you have flown in from out of state.

We travel multiple times a year, this place is old - out dated, extremely dirty. I would never recommend staying here, unless you are a group of frat boys who just don't care about living conditions. There were cob webs in every room, every part of the ceiling. I could go on and on and on.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this 3 days before I stayed here. I didn't do a lot of research. My two kids and I stayed here for 7 nights. The condo is what you would expect from a vacation condo. It was clean, a/c, washer, and dryer, all worked well. The best part was the location. It's within walking distance to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and Duval st. It's a quiet complex. The issues I had was the internet didn't work. I had to use my hotspot for the tv. Also, the pullout bed in the living room is supposed to fill with air but we weren't able to get it to inflate. The staff was wonderful. I would consider staying here again.

Great Time in Key West

This place was great. Close to Duvall and the Truman park. Could just about walk anywhere you would want to go. Clean and convenient.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything you need!

This rental unit was very comfortable. Stocked with alot of extras! There are beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles and incredibly well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and great location.

Key West Vacay 2019

We were excited to see all that was supplied in the condo for our stay. It was like walking into someone else's home. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking and utensils. Beach and reusable grocery bags were provided for our use along with a decent sized cooler. The cabinets were stocked with spices and canned and boxed food that others before had left. The refrigerator was clean. Bath towels, wash cloths, bath rug were provided as well. All the iminities you needed were there already. We only had to buy our refrigerated foods and drinks. All tableware was included. There was laundry detergent and dryer sheets to use with the washer and dryer in the condo. We felt like we were home. The pool was well kept. Our only dislike was that it closed at dusk. Overall, we were very pleased.
