Note:
· Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside the property.
· Property is equipped with noise and smoke monitors. Tampering with, or otherwise inhibiting their operation is grounds for cancelation without refund.
· A separate short-term rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations will be canceled if not signed. The agreement will be sent via our Channel Manager, OwnerRez.
· Pool cleaning is performed twice weekly to ensure a sparkling pool. By booking a reservation, you agree to have pool cleaners enter the property and clean the pool for you.
· This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood; noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will immediately terminate your stay without a refund.
· We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance with your reservation to cover you in case of trip interruption, weather, or travel delays.
· There are still cabins being built in the area, so there is some construction going on at the complex.
· No cats are permitted due to owner's severe allergies.
· We are dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs for an additional fee per pet (maximum of 3). Pets are not allowed on the furniture, beds, or pool. Additional fees will be assessed if this policy is not honored. This is for the benefit of all guests and our cleaning staff.
· No Airbnb Experiences or Services can be booked at this property.

Guest Access:

Guests also have access to the resort's seasonal water park, complete with lazy river, splash pad, pickleball, mini golf, and outdoor movie theater (weather permitting).

Non-Water Activities: Sun-Thu: 10a - 5p / Fri-Sat: 10a - 8p
Pickleball & Mini-Golf remain available year-round.
Outdoor Movie Theatre will operate during November-December (weather permitting).
Bodies of Water: Pending Weather/Temperatures
If temps > 60°F for 2 days and forecast holds, water features open & heated for those days.
If temps < 60°F for 1-2 days, water features will be closed for days below these temps.


* 2026 Winter Waterpark Closure: January - February *

Efforts are underway to fence off and separately "gate" the Pickleball Court and the Mini-
Golf Course (by December 2025) so these two areas may be utilized year-round.
Mini-Golf: Self-serve putters and golf balls will continue to be available.
Pickleball: Court will be available via a newly-installed external gate.
Waterpark and all other amenities closed January 1 - February 28.

April - August: Daily: 10a - 10p
March, September & October: Sun-Thu: 10a - 8p / Fri-Sat: 10a - 10p
Al outdoor amenities (pool, lazy river, splash pad, outdoor saunas) open. All water
bodies are heated. Schedule is subject to inclement weather (rain, winds, frigid temps).

Weekends Only: Fri-Sun 10a - 8p
If temps > 60°F by Thursday and forecast holds, water features open & heated.
If temps < 60°F by Thursday, water features closed for weekend.
Pickleball & Mini-Golf remain available year-round.
Outdoor Movie Theatre may operate additional hours during holidays (weather permitting).
