We enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated farmhouse in a beautiful off the beaten path country setting. Close to many finger lake attractions, a short drive to Pann Yen restaurants and just over an hour to Ithaca. The home was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with items for cooking/baking. There was a nice coffee maker, w/plenty of Keurig pods and sugar/creamer packs provided. The filtered water cooler and outdoor hot tub was a big plus! The place was so new, it still had some smells of lacquer from new custom kitchen cabinets, but I’m sure that will pass in time. The beds and bedding in 2 rooms we used were very comfortable. The furnishings were nice, clean and area rugs very soft underfoot. We were expecting no TV, and looked forward for the time without that distraction. We were not expecting no dishwasher in the huge new kitchen, so be prepared to hand wash dishes. Also bring wineglasses and bottle opener if you plan to go to the numerous finger lakes wineries and bring some wine back to the house—those are not provided (but are easily available at nearby wineries) We didn’t use the nice fire pit area, stocked with wood and fire starter, but it looked great!Unforeseen circumstances arose and we needed to add an extra day & it was available. That process to add a day was very smooth and easy, so we appreciated that very much. Overall a very nice stay, we would book again!
