Summary:

Gorgeous mansion on historic South Claiborne Avenue in Uptown New Orleans with swimming pool! Over 4,000 square feet for you to spread out in. Enough space to accommodate 8 guest. It has 5 beds and 3 bedrooms. Located on a parade route and a short drive to the french quarter, this house is perfect for your NOLA getaway or company/church retreat! The owner lives on the premises, but has a separate entrance so you have the whole house.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around would be either your vehicle or Uber

Enjoy our home and our city! This home has so many custom, beautiful, and unique features that will make your stay memorable!



We have an unfenced pool and require all children to be under supervision outside by the pool.



This house is not ADA accessible and requires climbing stairs in order to access the property.

The house is very unique but extremely fun to live in. Plenty of space. The pool is lovely. The house was clean, parking on the property, the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.Would definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

This house is seriously amazing! It is full of New Orleans charm and comfort! The Chateau provides so much room to spread out and enjoy visiting in all of the different spaces, which are all unique and welcoming. We stayed at Cheateau Belle for Jazzfest, and the house is extremely centrally located to navigate the city. Brandi really is a SUPER HOST! She was so responsive to any questions we had and was full of restaurant suggestions- which we all know is super valuable in NOLA- each meal counts! Thank you, Brandi and Logan, for making our stay so memorable! We will DEFINITELY stay here again!

This place was perfect, ticked every box.It was massive, on 3 floors. All the photos were accurate but probably didn't do it justice. Communication beforehand and during our stay was very good too- perfect hosts.The kitchen fridge were well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and even a selection of chilled beers when we arrived. Location was also good, we had a car and driving into the French quarter was around 10mins. A bus stop was a few mins walk from the front door.Swimming pool was lovely, large, with plenty of chairs/loungers to enjoy the sun too.Perfect!

This property was the most beautiful home I've ever had a vacation in. The host was always available for any questions myself and guests had. It's close to lots of stores, restaurants and attractions. The bedrooms had the coolest accent pieces of furniture. It really gives the ultimate New Orleans feel. Our host Brandi was the best host you could ask for as she was friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating to your needs. The house is as the pictures shows, absolutely beautiful! The location was 20 minutes or less to the majority of attractions. There is off street parking in a driveway, the neighborhood was safe and quiet at night. My family and I stayed June 17 through June 24th, 2026, and enjoyed every day there. Did I say there are two kitchens, so if you are a griller or like to cook you have 2 kitchens to do it in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for you to spread out. The private pool area is truly an amazing area to relax in after a day in the New Orleans heat. My family and I all agree this is going to be our spot whenever we visit New Orleans. Brandi, I can't thank you enough for your hospitality and rest assured we will be back!
