Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Availability of free driveway parking + garage parking. (Vehicles must be under 7 feet in height and 18 feet in length to fit in the garage.) Guests may park on the driveway or inside the garage. Please note: there is no EV charger provided, but a 240v plug is available in the garage for guests to use with their own mobile charger.
➤ Commercial signage or advertisements on any vehicles parked on the property are not permitted.

Tucked into North Scottsdale, this neighborhood offers a peaceful suburban feel while keeping you close to city perks. Streets are quiet and lined with desert landscaping, and mountain views peek out in the distance, adding to the area’s natural charm. It’s a spot where neighbors wave hello, and the vibe feels safe and welcoming.
Just minutes away, you’ll find excellent shopping and dining at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, plus grocery stores and local cafés for everyday needs. Green spaces and walking trails are nearby, perfect for morning jogs or sunset strolls. Golf lovers have several top-notch courses within easy reach.
The area also boasts quick access to Loop 101, making commuting around the Valley a breeze. Great schools, parks, and recreational options make it popular for families and professionals alike. It’s a wonderful blend of convenience, beauty, and Scottsdale’s signature relaxed lifestyle.

And as with most short-term rentals, guests are always coming and going, so I can’t guarantee the system will run flawlessly at all times. To be honest, some guests have pushed it a bit too hard in the past, leading to wear and tear or even the need for repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
9. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
