Brand new minimalist villa made of high-quality materials located in Pecatu.
The villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuites, a huge living space with a kitchen and a big garden with a private swimming pool. The villa was finished in February 2024.
Kindly note, there is new building is under construction on the neighborhood. However, Casa Tim provide the great experience in spacious bedrooms and refreshing swimming pool.
The space
On the ground floor: Master bedroom with bathtub, guest rest room, kitchen and living area with dining table for 6 persons.
The 1st floor is shared with 2 equal bedrooms, each with a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony.
All beds have top-quality mattresses 180×200 cm and 100% cotton linen. LG AC in each bedroom 1,5 pk, in living room 2,5 pk.
The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utilities, a drip coffee maker, a blender and glassware.
