VINTAGE apartamento con un patio exterior y barbacoa

Encantador, lujoso, apartamento de estilo vintage, en la planta baja de los 100 años, casa de piedra mediterránea.
En frente del apartamento, hay un patio exterior con gran chimenea donde se puede disfrutar de preparar sus especialidades de carne o pescado. Vista desde el apartamento y patio exterior está en jardín esquisite con flores y un pozo viejo.
Para todos los que quieran sentirse especial en sus vacaciones, pero todavía mantener ese "Homie" sensación.
El apartamento está completamente amueblado, con la mayoría de los aparatos eléctricos de la cocina que necesita (excepto microvave).
La renovación completa fue terminada en junio de 2017.
Hermoso, patio exterior verde es un lugar que puede disfrutar de refrigeración durante las noches de verano con sus amigos y / o familia, debajo de la iluminación íntima y ramas de vid de uva por encima de ti ..

Excellent choice for 2 couples

We completed enjoyed our stay, the gracious helpfulness of our host and everything that the apartment offered. While it is in a bit of a busy area you feel completely sequestered away from the busyness and found it absolutely helpful to be just a short distance to the grocery store. Centrally located and away from the busyness of Split, yet just a few minutes away!

Location location n Location

We were in an ideal location, half way between the airport and Split. And 50 yards from the neighborhood grocery store. The property was beautiful with everything we needed to make a memorable stay. The property was in a busy area but we felt secluded and private. A very safe place with very convenient parking. Thank you Rina for a wonderful stay.

A perfect place to be

The Appartement is very charming and include all you need. It is very cosy and Clean. A supermarkt is nearby, that makes Something easy. The beach with a nice bar is 5min to go. We think, we will come back

great place in Splie

This was a very cool property, 5 minute walk to the beach and a grocery store right next to us. The nicest part was the outdoor area to enjoy the incredible weather we had. When we walked in, we met one of the family (the whole family was very kind) and noticed a fresh batch of cookies waiting for us. No microwave in a small kitchen, but the entire property was newly refurbished. I'd recommend this property.

Delightful Hosts & Beautiful Situation

We chose Kastel Gomilica for the convenience of location and lovely situation. It proved excellent in both regards. The hosts and her parents were delightful & very welcoming. The gardens at the apartments were beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was wonderfully clean & airy and as advertised. Parking was easy and the supermarket is next door. Rina always responded quickly and helpfully to our questions and readily gave us suggestions and recommendations for places to visit.

A very charming , well equipped and centrally located property.

We are back from a wonderful vacation in Croatia. Our host Rina was very accommodating and helpful. Vintage cottage is located in between Split and Trogir. There is a bus to Split , which stops close to the property and a supermarket in the vicinity. The apartment is fully equipped and our host was considerate enough to stock up the kitchen. Which made things easier for us , as we were traveling with kids. I would recommend this charming property further.

Traditional house near Split

The apartment is in the ground floor of a traditional house. The owners live in the first floor. It in a typical village in the outskirts of Split. The road is somewhat busy but quiet at nightime. Next to the house is a small supermarket with parking place. That is reaally convenient, however a little less romantic. Interesting: within 10min walking distance is Kastel Gomilica, a spot used for filming Game of Thrones where Aria sold oysters.

Mer à 5’ mais alentours bof

Arrivée un peu avant le checkin l’hôte nous avons pu récupérer l’appartement ce qui était top. L’appartement était très bien équipé (même s’il manquait un peu de vaisselle) et bien aménagé, mais la proximité immédiate d’un parking de supermarché sur la partie extérieure n’était stipulé nul part, dommage. Par contre en 5’ a pied vous étiez sur une belle plage et en bord de mer. L’hôte nous a laissé 2h de plus après le check-out ce qui était appréciable.

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber

Die Wohnung liegt ideal im Ort. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strand und Bushaltestelle ( um nach Split oder Trogir zu fahren) . Auch das ist ein Pluspunkt der Lage; man ist schnell in größeren Orten, mit diversen Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung . Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Ein Bad und ein Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein . Wenn man als Familie reist, ist das sicherlich kein Problem . Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Kroatien .

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons été accueilli par les parents de Rina qui ont été adorables. la maison est très bien placé avec le petit supermarché à proximité, les plages et les restos ne sont pas loin non plus et Kastela avec ces différents Kastels recèlent des endroits vraiment sympas. l'équipement de la maison de Rina est top et nous permets de nous sentir vraiment bien que ce soit dans les espaces intérieurs ou exterieurs. les deux salles de bain sont un vrai plus quand nous sommes plusieurs comme nous et la clim est super fonctionnel. Vidimo se Rina!

Toller Urlaub, sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Im Außenbereich, unter Weinreben, gibt es einen schattigen Sitzplatz, den wir zum Essen nutzten und herrlich entspannen konnten. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Ribola Einkaufsmarkt. Die beiden Ortstrände sind ebenfalls fussläufig gut erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, was auch an Rina und ihren sehr herzlichen Eltern gelegen hat, die uns verwöhnten und mit tollen Tipps versorgten. Ein großes Dankeschön für so viel Gastfreundschaft und unsere schöne Zeit, die leider viel zu schnell vergangen ist!

Wohlfühl Garantie

Wir sind Abends angereist und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Das Appartement ist mit allem, was man benötigt auagestattet. Handtücher, küchentücher. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich gekühlte Getränke. Leider fanden wir keine Kaffeemaschine vor, Es gibt aber einen Kapsel Kaffeeautomaten. Die Terrasse lädt schon zum Frühstück ein und lässt sich mit Blick auf den schönen Garten genießen. Nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, bei dem man alles nötige findet. Der (kl. Kies) Strand (4min) liegt unterhalb der Straße und hat uns gut gefallen Spli und Troglr sind gut mit dem Linienbus zu erreichen und lohnen für einen Ausflug. Vielen Dank an die Fam. Tudmana

Beautiful Apartment with excellent hospitality from the host

We had a great time at the apartment. Rina and her parents are extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The next supermarket is just next to the accommodation and you can walk to the sea is in a few minutes. The village is not that busy with tourists and perfect for a relaxing stay.

Ferienwohnung mit Niveau

Eine sehr angenehme Ferienwohnung mit großem Komfort. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad, ein WC mit Dusche, 1 großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile (volle Ausstattung, leider keine Kaffeemaschine für Pulverkaffee, dafür aber Espressomaschine mit Plastikkapseln ), ein Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschine, Flachbildschirm mit ausländischen Programm, leider kaum deutsche Sender!), WLAN... Parklatz neben Haus und Supermarkt, Strand über Hauptstraße, aber nicht weit. Die Vermieterin und ihre Eltern sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der kleine Garten und Grillstelle sowie Tisch vor dem Haus für Gäste nutzbar. Die Ferienwohnung können wir nur empfehlen!

Really cosy apartment close to the sea

We had a great time at Rhina’s apartement. She and her family are extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment offers everything you need. There is a big new supermarket next door for shopping and the sea is just a few steps away. The villages on the Kastela riviera are not that busy with tourists even in high season so it is very relaxing. And if you want to visit the more touristy sites, Split and Trogir are just half an hour away and can easily be reached by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the apartment so it is quite convenient.

En skøn feriebolig

Et rigtig skøn feriebolig midt imellem Trogir og Split. Busforbindelse til begge byer lige uden for døren. Rina er en rigtig god og nærværende vært, som anbefalede seværdigheder og restauranter.

Excellent hospitality from our host Rina and her parents, they help us also with recommendations for beaches and places for visit Accommodation is equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay I recommend this property for all travelers who want to be near beautiful beaches like on island Chiovo which can be easily reached with a car ( 20 km ) or Sholta, Brach and other islands with a boat or ferry. My tips is to rent a boat and arrange a private trip on those beautiful islands. Also the property is near two cities Split and Trogir which are lovely destinations

Great place

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had most of the basics like coffee, sugar, etc. there is a store within walking distance and the coast is a few blocks away. Rina was a great host-gave us good recommendations for dining. She brought us treats to welcome us. There is a patio to sit out in the evenings. Would stay there again.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit:)

Als wir angekommen sind, sind wir sehr freundlich von Rina und Ihren Eltern in Empfang genommen worden! Sie zeigte uns die wirklich mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung, in welcher man sich sofort wohlfühlt! Wir bekamen auch Ihre Telefonnummer um uns bei Ihr zu melden falls irgendetwas sein sollte! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, mit dem Auto kommt man gut überall hin!Oder auch zu Fuss zum einkaufen...(Die kleinen Einkaufsmärkte haben auch Sonntags geöffnet!) Wir waren in der Nebensaison im Oktober dieses Jahr! Wetter war noch sehr angenehm und egal welchen Ausflug wir wohin gemacht haben, es war niergens überlaufen mit Touris!! Das war sehr angenehm :) Es war ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub! Danke Rina!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :))) Bis zum nächsten Mal! Philipp und Julia

Un endroit tout à fait charmant et un accueil très chaleureux

L’appartement est spacieux. Il comprend deux chambres, une très grande et une plus petite, deux salles de bain, un coin cuisine et salon et un patio extérieur très agréable. Il y a un supermarché tout à côté et il est à une quinzaine de km de la vieille ville de Split. Rina et sa mère ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous le recommandons chaleureusement.

Ein echtes Kleinod mit perfekter Ausgangslage, um Dalmatien zu erkunden!

Die Fewo bietet - in unmittelbarer Nähe zu mehreren kleinen Ständen- alles, was man als Familie und Selbstversorger braucht (trotz jahrelanger Erfahrung als Fewo- Nutzer gab es noch nie eine solch komplett ausgestattete Wohnung!!!). Supermarkt liegt vor der Haustür, einige gemütliche Lokale sind in der Nähe, die Vermieter kümmern sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste.
