The Living/Dining/ Kitchen Area
The open living plan is very spacious with a reclining sofa, two
reclining chairs, and Samsung 85” wall mounted cable TV. The corner
sliding doors allows you to integrate the exterior entirely in the
living area.
Also in this open space are a kitchen and dining area. This is a
chef’s dream kitchen. Enormous amount of counter space and cabinets,
exceptionally large island with stainless sink and bar stools for extra
seating, stainless appliances, variety of small appliances and a well
stock kitchen.
The dining table is very impressive with seating for 8 people. Here,
you can feast on your delicious home cooked meals with the pool and
canal as your backdrop.

The villa features a reverse-osmosis water treatment system as well.
The Office Area
A charming desk with office chair and WIFI connection is available.
Also, there is a queen sleep sofa for an extra guest or just reading
and relaxing.
Master Suite
The Master Bedroom is sophisticatedly stunning and opens onto the
lanai. The king size bed is embellished in soft grey tones with white
accents, Samsung 75” wall mount cable TV, large walk-in closet. Master
Bath with freestanding tub, walk-in shower, double vanity and separate
toilet.
Guest Bedroom / Bathroom
The room is decorated with a teal and grey color palette which is very
soothing. Relax in the king size bed while watching the Vizio 55” wall
mount cable TV. There is a walk-in closet. The private bathroom has an
enclosed tub/ shower combination.
Guest Bedroom / Bathroom
A beautiful king size bed is adorned with orange and grey bedding and a
Vizio 55” wall mount cable TV awaits you. The private bathroom has a
walk-in enclosed glass shower. This bathroom leads out onto the pool
area.

The Outside Space
This is the WOW space! The southern exposure enclosed lanai makes the
most of the Florida sunshine and sunsets. This area includes a salt
electrolysis heated pool and spa where you can view the magnificent
sunsets. Recently installed outdoor stainless kitchen with refrigerator
for extra beverages and Coyote grill, 6 sun loungers and pool floats,
patio furniture and outdoor dining that seats 8 people.
Utility Room / Garage
Large utility room with washer/dryer and utility sink.
3-car garage with lots of storage space.

As a special feature there are 2 Kayaks available to you for exploring
the local waterways

Please Note:
Electricity (and if applicable propane) are charged as used at the end
of your stay.
Final cleaning does NOT include BBQ cleaning, which will be charged if
BBQ cleaning is required after your stay.
The amounts will be charged from the security/damage deposit
The security/damage deposit is $1000.0 and has to be paid 30 days prior
to arrival.

of the damage deposit via the status link provided in the booking
confirmation email.
