Age Restriction: Future bookings are exclusively for guests aged 13 and older (Existing bookings made prior to May 22, 2026, will honor children ages 3–12).

No smoking, parties, or pets permitted.

On-Island Owners: The villa owners live nearby on the island and are available should you need any immediate assistance.
