Condominio renovado de 2HAB 2BA con cama King en el área del dormitorio principal y cuarto de baño principal contiguo que cuenta con una cabina de ducha y un amplio tocador. El segundo dormitorio se encuentra frente al baño completo y tiene 2 camas individuales. La unidad está decorada en colores vivos y vibrantes y la cocina está totalmente equipada. El área de la sala de estar tiene una vista magnífica del océano y tiene muebles nuevos. La zona del comedor asientos cuatro, y la entrada al balcón que tiene una mesa y sillas para su uso.

Disponible para 3 noches o más alquileres en junio y julio. Llame a la oficina para obtener más detalles.

Perfect location quiet beach

We stayed for 17 days it was lovely. It was quiet and a great location. 5 minute drive to town. 20 minute to the sand Bar & Salt Life. Clean bedding and towels and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We had such a wonderful time. The condo we perfect and the view of the ocean was amazing. To get up each morning to see that view was spectacular. I will say the king bed could use a new mattress.

Overall good stay

Im not one to leave bad reviews but since i messaged the owner with no response here is our story. I made the home owner aware I was bringing my 3 year old. Upon arrival the check in instructions told us how to lock the door. We spent 10 plus minutes the first night trying to lock the door. It would not lock no matter what we tried. So we decided the next morning we would get up and go talk to someone to get it fixed. Well before we had a chance that night my 3 year old was able to open the door and when he did a gust of wind came by slamming it shut and slicing his finger and causing a ton of bruising. We spent the night icing it and trying to stop the bleeding debating on an ER visit, The maintenance guy came the next day and told us the door def had a “ sweet spot” and he replaced it making it able to be locked properly . Also the toilet wouldn’t stop running and he had to fix that because it was loud. I wrote to the owners with no response.

New vacation spot

This was our first trip to Amelia Island, therefore our first experience with this VRBO. All of our expectations were met and exceeded. We most enjoyed mornings on the balcony, watching the world awake. We recommend this rental to others.

Ocean Front Relaxation

This was our first visit to Fernandina Beach and we had a wonderful experience. We LOVED the ocean view from the condo and the quietness of the beach. Oceans of Amelia itself was quiet and we've never had an easier access to a beach before. We look forward to visiting again

Great Location BUT In Need of TLC

Great location and the building seems well managed. The selected townhome was dirty and generally in need of some serious TLC. Bedroom window was broken so outside noise was a problem for both kids, the shudders were either broken or SUPER dirty in both bedrooms. Ants were coming from under the living room carpet , which was also pretty dirty. Outside of cleaning, the eclectic kitchen supplies were more than enough, I was able to cook nearly anything without a problem. There are beach supplies in the closet and that was a pleasant surprise. Although we very much enjoyed the location, I would not rent this unit again.

Great Location!

This condo is located right on the beach and it is close to town as well. Amelia Island offers plenty of activities in addition to the beach. Restaurants are in abundance. We had a wonderful week.

Great for a last minute 4th weekend!

Plenty of space, right on the beach with a great view. Nice to have w/d in the unit. Kitchen was very well equipped though we didn’t end up cooking at all. The ice maker has some sort of dripping so although it makes ice, the bottom layer is frozen into one chunky sheet. May want to bring a bag. Didn’t hear our neighbors at all, which was great. Beach wasn’t crowded which was lovely. There isn’t much pressure in shower in master bathroom, wasn’t a problem for us as we just used the 2nd bathroom, but may be an issue if you want to use both bathrooms. Also, DVD player doesn’t work very well. You’re only supposed to put the AC to 72 degrees, which is a bit warm for me. No ceiling fan in bedroom. That would’ve helped. Overall, great last minute spot to rent. We had a lovely time.

Fall Trip to Amelia Island

Spent a week in Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach. Ending up staying at the Oceans of Amelia Island. Property was pretty much as advertised, but our unit was probably in need of an update. Carpeting could use cleaning, some tiles cracked and things like that. Location is fantastic with direct access to beach. Short drive to downtown Fernandina. Overall, a good place to stay

Incredible view in great complex!

Apartment management was terrific in handling a cable problem and gave a discount for inconvenience. Great customer service! Loved the floor plan and view. Kitchen was easy to use and well equipped. Beds were excellent and living room comfortable with plenty of seating. A few suggestions: replace badly scarred Teflon pans, synchronize light switches in entry hall, refinish or replace stained and damaged bathtub in hall bath and finally, add lighting in bedrooms which are extremely dark. Grab bars in showers would be good too.

Beautiful Non-Resort Feeling Location

My family and I just returned from a wonderful vacation. The beaches were clean and not busy since this is a more family oriented location. The condo was clean, affordable, and stocked with plenty of toys for the kids. The unit owner has boogie boards, buckets, and beach chairs for renters. The layout of the condo was great. My wife thought she wouldn't like the small balcony, but the floor to ceiling windows with the swivel chairs was perfect for viewing the ocean without the humidity. The kitchen is stocked with the right utensils, silverware, and pans for cooking your everyday meals. Plenty of countertop space for the preparation of food. Very Nice. We plan on going back to Amelia Island and will definitely look at staying here again. Thank you.

Beautiful accommodations with incredible customer service!

We loved our stay at this condo! Despite the sandblasting and painting of balcony railings, every effort was made by the staff to ensure we enjoyed our stay!!! Karen was especially helpful and accommodating. Beautiful decor and comfortable accommodations were in our condo and you can’t beat the beachfront views and access. We loved it and plan to be back. In addition, as we were packed and leaving, Rudy, an employee helping remodel one of the condos, helped change our tire when he saw us with a flat!!! Excellent and friendly service from everyone we encountered!
