Sierra 1 Condo at Chetola Resort: Pond view, foosball table, and resort amenities
Welcome to Sierra 1 at Chetola Resort!
This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located in the beautiful Chetola Resort at Blowing Rock.
The living room features a stone, wood-burning fireplace, a TV, and access to the covered patio. Enjoy dining inside at the 6-person dining table or outside on the patio with a nice water view of one of the Chetola ponds. The well-stocked kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops along with a glass top stove. There is a charcoal grill outdoors which is shared for this condo unit.
For sleeping arrangements, there are two bedrooms on the main level and one bedroom on the lower level, plus a sleeper sofa in the lower level den. On the main floor there is a queen bedroom with a TV and private ensuite bathroom that has a walk in tiled shower, jetted tub, and double vanity. Also on this level is a bedroom that features two twin beds, a TV and a hall bathroom. Downstairs you will find a king bedroom with a TV and an attached bath that features a jetted tup as well as a shower combo and a double vanity. The lower level den features a gas log fireplace, TV, sleeper sofa and foosball game table.
If you enjoy shopping, you'll love the many shoppes in downtown Blowing Rock just a few blocks or a short drive away. There are sidewalks from the resort to Main Street in downtown Blowing Rock. Shoppes on the Parkway outlet mall is also just a short drive away and can also be accessed on foot from the resort. Enjoy fine dining in one of the many local restaurants after a day of exploring along the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway, visiting Grandfather Mountain or Linville Gorge and Caverns. If you have kiddos, visiting Tweetsie Railroad is a must. In the winter you can go snow skiing or ice skating at the close by Appalachian Ski Mountain and in the warmer months enjoy horseback riding, whitewater rafting, and hiking.....In fact, the trails around Bass Lake and Moses Cone Manor, which are some of the most popular hiking and horseback riding trails in the area, are easily accessed from Chetola Resort!

- Sierra 1 offers two designated parking spots in front of the unit.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small
vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm, and check out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions sent by Host (property manager) or entry information will not be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and using their card to pay for it and must be one of the persons staying in the home for the
reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home, and no trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Chetola Resort does plow and treat the roads during inclement weather.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
