Once a historic motor lodge, these thoughtfully restored apartments blend vintage charm with modern convenience. Each space incorporates beautiful design, natural finishes and cozy textures.
Hike or run trails outside your door or the Boulder Creek Path. Across the street unwind in a locals' favorite park, soak your feet or cold plunge in Boulder Creek. Explore the shops and restaurants of downtown Pearl Street, just minutes away. Folsom Stadium and CU Boulder are only 1.5 miles from here.
Nestled inside, you’ll find a cozy living room and fully-equipped kitchen with a gas oven range, refrigerator, microwave and vent hood. The bedroom includes a spacious built-in closet to keep things organized, and the outdoor patio with table and chairs invites you to start your morning with coffee or unwind at sunset.
There are three identical furnished units on the property—ideal if you’re traveling with colleagues, friends or family. Stay close together while enjoying the comfort and privacy of your own personal retreat. Message the hosts if you're unable to locate or book the other listings.
