Wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows (starting just 40 cm above the floor) on three sides, the apartment is filled with sunlight and offers panoramic views, including breathtaking sunrises over the mountains and a direct view of Amman University.

The spacious open-plan layout is smartly divided by a central bookshelf, creating two cozy and functional zones:
