Loved it! Amazing views!

This property was absolutely stunning. It was so quiet and peaceful (except for the people who had a room right above ours but that's not the properties fault) We will for sure be staying here again.

Fun Family Getaway

This was a fun place for a short getaway for our family. The pool provided something for all ages and the game room was a hit too! We enjoyed the view over the bay for conversations and games. The room accommodations were spacious for our family of 7 adults and 1 baby.

Great place to get away

The condo was very spacious. The property is well maintained and everything is clean. Check-in took longer than I had hoped as it was late at night and we had small children, but the staff was very friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the hotel-like stay with the amenities of reting a home.

Great place to stay!

We were surprised to see how spacious our rental was. Really nice inside and out. Just had a couple of hiccups. No hot water our first day. Then the shower floor is slick really and caused a fall. Luckily no broken bones but received some really big contusions!

Relaxing and beautiful property in the Hill Country

We wanted to take my east coast sister and parents to experience the Hill Country. This property and location were ideal. The property was clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for 5 adults and three children. We were in building 3, overlooking the Colorado River stunning view and sunset! We loved the small town of Marble Falls, the Thai restaurant, and the drive to Austin was so much fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to swim both days and the beds were so comfortable, even the sofa bed. The guest services were very friendly, they provided with everything we needed such as extra towels and bedsheets. The manager was very prompt with requests and inquiries. Thank you!

Wonderful Experience!

We requested a slightly earlier check in to get ready for a wedding. The suite was ready and clean and just beautiful! The front desk staff was more than nice. We only got to spend one night, but it couldn’t have been a better experience.

Great Condos!

Condos are nestled in a hill overlooking the river... Staffed Management office was very accommodating during and after check in. Property (under "Wyndham" flag) felt secure and is very well maintained, with visible maintenance staff making the rounds often. Parking is close to units and well-lit. Condo was very clean, roomy and well-appointed - great linens and kitchen supplies. Pool area was clean, and offered great panoramic views of the Hill Country. Proximity to Marble Falls dining/activitieses is a plus. Minor issue - VRBO indicated checkout time as 12:00 Noon, but Mgmt stated 10:00 AM (which is way too early)...but they honored the VRBO terms. Not all condos have a view of river - so if this is important to you, sugget you clarify that prior to check in. Overall, a great experience and would stay there again.

Property is beautiful and rooms are great. BBQ grills are fantastic. Pool is nice but currently you have to reserve it, and can only reserve it for one hour at a time and only from 11AM to 2pm and 3pm to 6pm. That was a Corona bummer. There was no spare toilet paper and no trash bags, no paper towels. Overall, an awesome place and we would stay here again for sure, especially after Corona virus restrictions lifted.

Wow!! Great place to stay. Very nice property.

We had a really great time on our family vacation here. Great views and there was plenty of room. I do wish I had checked with the property owner about the “restrictions” in place for COVID-19 before we had booked, but it was still a pretty great vacation!

Just a stinky situation

We showed up late in the evening on friday July 10th at approx 930 pm. The check in was understandably different due to the ongoing coronavirus. It took about 30 minutes, I can over look the inconvenience there. However, we finally get to our room and open the door and the condo (albeit nice and with a great view) smelled like an ashtray with a lit cigarette. This is not just a remnant of smoke, it was disgusting. I have smaller children and a horrible allergy to cigarettes so of course, like I think most would agree, I was not happy. I called the office with in 60 seconds of cracking the door. A lady named Jamie answers, I tell her about the situation, she puts me on hold, comes back and says she talked to Jan (lady who checked us in) and there are no more rooms but she can come over, we can all step out and she will sanitize the room! What a freaking joke, any one who has ever tried to remove cigarette smoke from a house or car knows this will be futile. Of course, I didnt want to have my wife and children stand outside for whatever nonsense procedure they were going to do for however long at what is nearing 1015 at night to then come in to breath in chemicals and cigarettes while we were trying to go to sleep, so I said no. I want your manager to call me in the morning, jamie confirmed their GM would be in saturday the 11th, I said I would be up anytime after 7am and for him to call me. Naturally one would assume that any reputable establishment would follow through but they never did and I'm not going to beg someone for follow through after spending the money we did to stay here. This place needs to get it in line. Totally a garbage experience.

Fantastic rental property, amenities, and views of the river!!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath WorldMark by Wyndham rental was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and bedrooms, and even outdoor gas grills! The balcony had a wonderful view. The complex amenities (pool with fantastic views, hot tub, game room, playground) were fantastic and the staff was friendly and helpful. When I contacted the owner before our stay, she was extremely friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend this rental property, and we hope to return sometime!

WOW!! From check in to check out!!!!

This property is amazing!! Couldn't have asked for anything more! Our unit 3-101 has a stunning view of the river, on the first floor, but high up over the road.Very quiet property. Stairs outside or an elevator close by. This unit is HC accessible....lots of parking. Although we didn't use them this visit, the pool, hot tub, exercise room, and game room were extremely nice. The firepit is the perfect place to watch the sunsets!! The beds were GREAT! The kitchen facilities were above and beyond!! This 3/2 unit has everything you have at home, except groceries! Washer and Dryer if you need to do laundry.....They do provide coffee and an icemaker in fridge.... plus you don't do laundry or cleaning!! Highly recommend this property....and dealing with VRBO was an awesome experience. We find staying in condos so much better than hotel/motel....and so much more relaxing! Enjoy!! We'll be back!!!
