Beautiful property outside of the city

We had a wonderful time at this property. I booked it for my family and my two sisters and nieces, and we all enjoyed the pools, the clubhouse, and the quiet location. We did have a few hiccups during our stay, but Jan and the local property management were very quick to address the issues so our overall trip was not negatively impacted. They were dedicated to our comfort and satisfaction. I imagine that most people will book without a hitch, but if anything does come up, you will be in good hands.

Amazing Weekend with Family

Jan, your place was amazing!!! Clean, lots of room for all guests, comfortable beds. clean rooms, beautiful decor, amazing and attentive staff. Called for extra towels and had them 60 seconds after I called. The property is beautiful, hidden gem in the Hill County. Amenities were great, pools, work out room, recreation center with plenty of games to play with the family. Very peaceful property and we absolutely loved our stay. We had Unlimited Chauffeur Service pick us up and went wine tasting on Friday we had the best family weekend. I will definitely book this property again in the near future. Thank you Jan for being a great host!!!

We took this trip with my sister and her kids and also my mother - it was the first getaway since COVID started so we were a little nervous but the establishment was great, the surroundings and location was perfect. nice place

The place is clean and nice. The place actually looks better than the online pictures. The resort has a nice swimming pools and many activities for the kids. we have little kids ages 4-9, and they enjoyed rocks painting, slime making, and other crafts. There are nearby activities such as fishing, kayaking, and canoeing, but we didn’t stay long to do those, but definitely will come back to the place.

Hill country paradise

Thank you so much for the perfect family vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay and our children could not get enough of all the things the property had to offer. We loved the pool and the slide. We loved the access to the river, such beautiful scenery, and most of all we loved our unit. The beds we beyond comfortable and everyone slept like babies. Our unit came with everything needed to cook each day and the gas Barbque pit was the cherry on top. Thank you again for allowing us to stay, we will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay, the staff was nice and helpful. Grounds were gorgeous. If you’re not familiar many of the places in the area close early.

Beautiful Property in the Hill Country

The property was beautiful and serene. Deep in the hill country. The perfect place to escape the busyness of life. We had planned to do several things in Fredericksburg not realizing it was an hour away. We probably would book here again for time with our kids exploring outside, but not for Fredericksburg activities.

Beautiful views and great pool

We loved our stay here... the drive up to the top was beautiful and my goodness the stars have never been so clear! The kids loved the pool and the Kona Ice truck was a very welcomed treat!

Protection more important then service.

I immediately tried to cancel when i realized the property was 50 minutes from wineries, which was started as our intended purpose. Property manager waited until day before to respond and offered to rerent but if not we lose 50%. There was no report that each guest only gets a 2 hour window of pool time per full day. One of my companions called and discovered. Property manager assured us we would have plenty of pool time. Two nights and two hours with an attended watching everyone was nit acceptable. We went to Criders and no masks with the entire community b present, but resort so protective they denied us access to ammenities. The room and amenities were great. They supplied us lots of ice.

Excellent getaway spot for family and friends

We came here for a girls weekend and have nothing but good things to say. Check in and checkout were very easy. The space was clean and comfy. The hot tub and pool were great. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking meals together. The staff were available by text if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for families or groups of friends!

We were here for just one night, on our way to visit Fredericksburg. The welcome at the reception was the most friendly ever. The condo was perfect, spacious, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool. We will come again!!

Beautiful views and plenty of space

Booking a room for our large family is always a challenge. We were able to book a condo at a reasonable rate for a 4 night stay. The property was beautiful and secluded with wonderful views. The condo was spacious and comfortable. While the property is secluded on a hilltop, it is close enough to Kerrville if you need to run into town for anything. The pool and hiking trails were favorites of our kids along with the Guadalupe River access. We will definitely return to Hunt in the future.

Wonderful getaway for a girls weekend!

Everything from check-in to check-out was amazing! Check-in was super easy and very informative, you could tell they wanted to make our experience wonderful! The first night our smoke detector was beeping and maintenance was there in 5 min to mix it! We also had brought dvds to watch and there was no DVD player, we called the front desk just to ask and later that afternoon they brought one in and hooked it up for us!! The pool was wonderful the views were amazing, the rooms were clean! I really can’t say enough good things about this place! We had a wonderful time and I will definitely be back!
