You're just 2 blocks from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Good family vacation house

Good time and amenities! Close to beach so you can walk or drive. The diner down the road is amazing.

Book this place

The property is nice and a lot nicer than some of the other places around the area . We were a group of 8 . 4 adults and 4 kids and we were very comfortable. The condo was clean and the location was the best part . The beach is maybe a 5 min walk away . Plus there are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Vacation from Hell

The place had an infestation of termites!! The refrigerator was making an odd noise.. probably due to freezer being frosted up so bad it was hard to close it. We had to leave before out reservation was over.. asked for a full refund, but only received a third of what I paid. Totally ruined our vacation!! We will never stay in Gulf Shores, Alabama again. Also, lost 170.00 in good. Worse vacation we ever experienced!!

Great Location!

This was our first beach vacation. We loved the room location, and the property was superb. The location is very close to the beach, so walking is a breeze. The unit is clean, modern and gated.

This way exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable (except the pillows, to think snd hard). Loved the location. Recommend Mikee’s restaurant.

Fourth of July getaway

Awesome property. Close to everything. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and probably another five minute walk to all the restaurants. There’s also a small pool there free to use. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again in the future.

Excellent Cottage

We were thrilled with our stay at the Seaview Cottage. It was well equipped and clean. The easy access to the pool and beaches across Beach Blvd make this place the ultimate stay in convenience. You can easily walk to several restaurants if you choose not to fuss with parking. Communication with the property management was excellent as well. Don’t skip this one!!

Always love staying at this property! Dryer wasn’t drying but a tech was sent over immediately-he said it actually needs a shorter exhaust exit for it to work properly . However we have NO complaints!!

This beach house was perfect for our family. It was our son’s birthday and this location was perfect for a minutes walk to the Hangout, beach access as well as lots of eating & shopping places within walking distance. Super clean.

Best Beach vacay ever!!

The house was perfectly located and clean!! I love when I get to vacation with the family by not having to wash dishes/utensils after every meal so they are clean for the next one, ample supplies of dishes, utensils, towels and cookware. Only thing that bothered me is that they don't stock with supplies like dish soap, toilet paper, foil, plastic wrap, etc. Most of the homes I have stayed at supply these basic items, this is more like a hotel than a shared home. However with the Dollar store just a couple of blocks away, it did not ruin the stay. Beside the beach Gulf Shores has much to offer for a family, we enjoyed the Dolphin Cruise, mini golf, zoo, lots and lots of ice cream, and the pool was a nice cool down when we were just too exhausted to take the kids to the beach. I would definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful home, great location

My 3 children and I just stayed for 4 nights in Seaview Cottage. It was our first visit to Gulf Shores. The location was ideal. Walkable to beach and restaurants. It’s a spacious home that faces the small community pool. 3 things: I wish the home provided beach toys, chairs. Many other rentals do provide those “essentials” when you’re on a beach trip. Additionally since it was our first time visiting, it would have been helpful to have a welcome guide, attraction list provided. Places to see, restaurants to try. That would have been helpful. Finally, adding a window covering on the upstairs balcony door would help for morning light for anyone sleeping in the bunk area. My 5 year old daughter woke up each day at sunrise bc the sun was blaring into the bunk area. Overall, great place, wonderful location.

Fabulous location, beautiful home!

This location can not be better! Walking distance to everything you could want. The unit was just as the pictures showed, furnishings were in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable. Provided bath towels were adequate. Very sandy floors was our only cleanliness complaint…but it is close to the beach. No comfortable furniture to sit outside, we used our beach chairs and set them up in the driveway under the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, beautiful house!

We absolutely loved this house. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, to the Hangout, Sea n Suds, and so much more!! Highly recommend. The house itself was nice and contemporary. Beds were great, and I loved the balconies. I do wish there was more seating on them, so we could comfortably spend more time on them. I'd say it might be best for 4 people and 2-4 kids since half of the beds included are a pull out couch and bunk bed, but it was fine for our girls weekend trip. I'd love to come back based on location alone.

Beautiful Spot! But Checkin/Checkout process

Beautiful spot! The home is beautiful, but I was not aware how nice it really was. Pictures do it no justice. I will say the checkin and checkout process should be updated a bit. 4pm and 10am are very odd times and do not work in favor of the guest. If we had recognized this prior to booking, we may have gone with a different property. Overall, beautiful place!
