The kitchen includes an island and dining area for 6–8 people, with access to the outdoor BBQ and pool zone. Fully equipped with high-end appliances: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A bar counter adds a casual touch for breakfast or snacks. Large arched windows open up to sea views.

The guest toilet is conveniently located for visitors.
The laundry room includes a large sink, counter space, washing machine, dryer, and poolside access.
