The house and yard was spotless. The owners were extremely welcoming and the location was perfect. The home is very close to several of the best trails in Sedona. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is perfect! The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and then some. The living room is comfy and cozy. Having two bathrooms was great for us. Plenty of hot water and noticeably soft towels. Beds were soft and comfy-we slept great every night. The hot tub was a welcome treat at the end of a long day of hiking. The location of this house is great. It’s close to everything but in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. We will stay here every time we’re in Sedona.

We were very pleased with our 4-night stay. The Kitchen was well stocked with a variety of dishes & glassware for inside and outside back patio dining. The place was very clean with well-stocked toiletries for guests. After our long hikes, we especially enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck at the end of the day with a view of the stars. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. The host was especially attentive when there was one issue, it was resolved immediately and made the rest of our stay much more pleasant. The house was comfortable and cozy for our Girls’ Weekend. There was an ample supply of quality bedding, blankets, fluffy towels and swimming towels. We especially loved the full size washer and dryer. Artwork by the homeowner adorns the walls and captures sites of beautiful Sedona. Also, the home is in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a great location, close to sites, hiking trails, restaurants, grocery stores and off the main access road to many Sedona sites.

Very cozy place with wonderful artwork throughout the property, wonderful backyard to have lunch and relax in the hot tub. There was everything we could possibly need, great location too with amazing The Ridge and Carroll Canyon trailhead within walking distance. Also my bed was so comfortable, best mattress ever.The host Klaudia was very friendly, helpful and responsive.I highly recommend this property for visitors. Sedona is a great destination for sure!

The front door entry was covered with spider webs, the back deck furniture was very old and worn and not at all comfortable nor inviting. It was like it had not been cleaned or used in months. We did not spend much time in the backyard or deck because it was so yucky and uncomfortable. Overall the house was overcrowded with a lot of furniture but the towels in the bathroom were the best we have ever had.

Hi Danette, Thank you for your review. The chairs on the back patio had been replaced months ago. All of the furniture was covered so that the elements wouldn't get to it as Sedona has extreme temperatures. The furniture underneath isn't not "yucky". Guests are able to remove the furniture coverings as they need. However, the table and chairs down below aren't covered. They do get dusty from time to time. The inside and outside pictures on the listing are accurate, and the house isn't overcrowded. Most guests look at the listing before booking. I'm not sure what you meant by that. We never received a phone call to address any of your concerns, which would've been the correct thing to do as we would've gladly stopped by at your discretion to do some back yard dusting and removing the covers for you. I'm happy you liked the towels, and got relief voicing your concerns on the platform to potentially lower our rating, rather than a simple adult phone call to try to remedy your challenges.
