Hi Danette, Thank you for your review. The chairs on the back patio had been replaced months ago. All of the furniture was covered so that the elements wouldn't get to it as Sedona has extreme temperatures. The furniture underneath isn't not "yucky". Guests are able to remove the furniture coverings as they need. However, the table and chairs down below aren't covered. They do get dusty from time to time. The inside and outside pictures on the listing are accurate, and the house isn't overcrowded. Most guests look at the listing before booking. I'm not sure what you meant by that. We never received a phone call to address any of your concerns, which would've been the correct thing to do as we would've gladly stopped by at your discretion to do some back yard dusting and removing the covers for you. I'm happy you liked the towels, and got relief voicing your concerns on the platform to potentially lower our rating, rather than a simple adult phone call to try to remedy your challenges.
