Aspectos positivos: Llegada, comunicación y ubicación
The Mansion has tons of history and character. The location is fantastic! It is a very large place with lots of comfortable beds to accommodate the 17 of us. The outside is gorgeous, however, the pool was low and not cleaning itself correctly when we were there and it was a bit cold to swim. All the restrooms except the master are in need of repair in some form. The walls could use a scrub and some fresh paint. There were only 3 hand towels for the kitchen. There is a damp smell to the house but it is an OLD place and since windows have to be kept closed it makes sense. There is something wrong with the dryer. The huge main refrigerator and wine fridge DO NOT work. The other fridge works fine but the fridge in the cabana is not cold enough for food -ok for drinks. For the amount of people the house holds it should have another or a bigger refrigerator. The cabana has a strong mold/mildew smell that is a little overwhelming. The owner is very nice and responsive. He was there when we were and was staying on the property. He came in and out of the house a few times only in The laundry room. He did go out and purchase beach chairs which was so nice. I can’t imagine how much it would cost to keep up with the maintenance if this place but the cost to rent it is a little high for the repairs needed. In all….we had a great stay! The pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table were a definite perk!
