Perfect for a large family w/ pets!

The house was clean and accommodating for our family and pets! We really enjoyed the pool in the back and also the water park at the club house is amazing! Would definitely rent again in the future!

Great home for multiple families

This home was perfect for three households coming together under one roof. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was just what we needed. The location was convenient to the Orlando attractions, and the property management team was extremely responsive. We would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable home!

My family of 5 plus 2 in-laws really enjoyed our time in this home for spring break. The home was very comfortable and the owner was very responsive to emails before and during our stay. The home is very close to all the attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, etc that you would need for your stay. We also really liked the water park within the complex. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Vacation!

We truly enjoyed staying here over Spring Break! The house was spacious, clean, beautiful and in a great location! Would give 5 stars but the pool heat was not turned on until Our last day there so it was too cold to enjoy. Will definitely go back as Derya was a joy to work with and did her best to fix the issue of the pool.

Excellent base camp for the Disney area

The house was as described. The location was perfect for quick access to all Disney properties. It was also not too far from Universal. There are a ton of restaurants close by to meet the needs of even the picky diner. We had a few questions and were pleasantly surprised at how quick and responsive the owner and the management company replied. Five stars for that!

Kind of pricy for what it is

Ice maker didn’t work. A few bugs. Panera to have pool heated (for the hot tub) and it didn’t work for half of the time. Had 3 different neighbors during our stay and all were very loud. “Quiet time” definitely not enforced.

Beautiful, immaculate, pet friendly.

This home was beautiful, immaculate, spacious, well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. I loved the fact that I could finally bring my 2 small dogs with me to my WDW vacation. It was minutes away from the parks and shopping. The management and owners were excellent to work with. I understood all the instructions and felt if we needed anything or had any questions they would be fast and helpful. If I had one negative to say it would be that I wish they made it feel a little more homey with decor but it was beautiful just needed a few personal touches to warm it up. I would defiantly stay there again. Thank you for an amazing stay at your home.

My Stay

I enjoyed my stay at this Kissimmee property. When we finally got to the property, we took a look around the house. The house was big, clean and the rooms were very spacious. The pool and the jacuzzi wasn't that clean, in my eyes, but it was ok. The pool man came on Wednesday to clean all the debris and a baby dead frog from the pool, It was clean then. The owner of the property was great. She responded quickly to all my emails and concerns. Since I've been renting Vrbo's, this owner has been the best communicator and host that I've ever had. Thank you Derya

card entry & remote

this is the best home away from home we have had. it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. with these two improvements it will be even better. the card entry system did not work 100% of the time. it got a bit testy with one of the clerks at one point when the exact procedure to use them wasn't followed. also 2 remotes need batteries and the cable in one room did not work.

Wonderful vacation home! 6 baths for 6 rooms is awesome.

Wonderful, new and modern home with a great private pool and jacuzzi. The complex also has a very nice clubhouse, which has its own large pool, large kid's water slide area, and three large water slides for adults/kids. It is in a modern gated community very close to Disney. My family loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms! (Master bedroom has two sinks) Technically the only bedroom downstairs has a shared bathroom (with the downstairs), but since everyone had their own bathrooms upstairs, everyone used their own. Not having to share bathrooms made our week-long stay such a pleasure. My family also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Sidewalks are great, and security ensures vehicles are off the sidewalks. (and security is constantly patrolling the area, which made us feel extra safe) Overall a wonderful home!

Fine ok with us but refrigerator so cheap. All refrigerator containers and plastic shelves are not enough to hold foods even dozen of eggs. Eggs was fallen down and all cracked. I reported service man came took pictures all problems.

Owner great!

The owner of the property was fabulous to work with and the house was great for our needs. Loved having a bathroom for every bedroom. Super convenient. Unfortunately the property management company had the wrong date for our Check-in, so we were unable to get into the house when we were suppose to without extra calls. It was also annoying for each person to submit their drivers license each time we accessed the resort area. We had multiple cars and each had to get out their license to enter. One time I even had to argue with them that it was my name on the reservation and not my daughters who was the first to arrive. I understand security is needed, but seems some other option should be available. House was clean and ready to go, worked perfectly for our daughter’s wedding @ Disney to have all our family under one roof.

March Visit

First, I have nothing but great things to say about working with Derya. Questions were always answered quickly. When we felt the pool wasn't "acting" the same as on our arrival we called Reeves and were told someone would be over. The next day no one had come so I emailed Derya and she notified the management. Someone came but the issue wasn't really resolved, the water wasn't heating and the "jets" didn't seem to be moving the water. There was sand or dirt in the pool when we got there and no one cleaned the pool while we were there. May of the other issues mentioned in other reviews are still issues. Overall, based on other VRBO homes we have been in this one rated between 3.5-4.

Great house, pool and yard

We enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee overall and our host and the Jeeves management company were excellent and responsive. The listing suggests this house is new but I find this hard to believe. There were a minor issues on arrival such as lose curtain rods and one completely off the wall. The house was quite clean overall but the carpet upstairs is worn and dirty and even torn in places. The exterior of the home is in good shape although pieces of soffit were missing most likely from recent storms. Internet/Wi-Fi was spotty at best. The bedrooms are large and the on-suite bathrooms are great. The kitchen is very well equipped with two dishwashers and many coffee cups and glasses although the nonstick pans are scratched and don’t sit flat on the flat topped electric stove (pet peeve). The pool and yard are well maintained. A grill should be included at this price point in my opinion. The community center and water park are included in the rental but that complex is across a busy street. The proximity to the parks and other central Florida amenities is wonderful.

Beautiful home

Our stay was a good/bad experience. I found the security gate open when we arrived and had no internet we were informed the internet was down we arrived Tuesday. Wednesday morning we woke up to our vehicle stolen out of the garage. We waved down a security officer who was no help. They did tell me that people walk the neighborhood often looking for open vehicles to steal from. Jeeves the management company was also not helpful I have to email the company I rented the house from and tell him to call me now. I waits 31/2 hours for someone to come and talk to me and get the door code changed. This is by no means the fault of the homeowner or their management company the local property management and the security was a joke. If the security gates can’t work without internet then ads more guards. The house was comfortable, beds were amazing. Linens plentiful and clean. Plenty of dishes and 2 dishwashers. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Would I stay here again probably not due the the fact of the crime committed. If the home was in a safer neighborhood then yea I would 100%

Good for last minute booking

Pool would not heated the first two days even though it should of been hot from 8-8. The dryer sucked. It takes two 80 min cycles to dry one load. Had only 1 pot to fry stuff and it was so scratched up. Big pantry space. Water pressure was good but didn’t get hot for a long time. This can be a problem when you have 15 guests. Overall it’s a decent property just not for the price.

Lovely large home, convenient to all attractions. Private pool and fenced yard were perfect for a large family gathering. I recommend this property for any group. There is plenty of room to spread out and lovely gathering spaces.

Beautiful home, convenient location

The house was spacious and beautiful. However some of the surrounding homes' guests were quite noisy so we let the homeowner know about this. The fenced yard was perfect for our two brittany spaniels. We did have one maintenance issue but the property manager had someone come out to handle it that very day. This is a great property for a large family with pets and is conveniently located to the Disney parks.

Wonderful Staycation!

We were giving the wrong address upon our arrival and the management company was horrible and did nothing to help us. However the resort management themselves were wonderful at helping us! The Owners were very nice hostess and were quick to respond when called! Property and home are nice but in need of a few repairs however nothing to spoil your stay! More attention should be paid to detail such as blankets, and utensils. The carpeting could use a nice shampoo. All in all my family and I enjoyed our stay!

Sleepless in Disney

Everything was great about the stay except this door alarm to go out to the pool. From the moment we arrived the alarm just kept going on randomly. The first night it went on every 30 minutes kept us all awake. I called the resort many times and they sent people to fix the alarm but it didn't help. It had a mind of it's own the entire time.

Excellent Property near Disney

We rented for 1 week during the Christmas holiday for family and friends (and our 2 dogs) and could not have found a better location convenient to the Disney resort allowing us to break up the day and spend afternoons at the pool. Property is well maintained, clean and had all the key amenities. Would highly recommend and plan to rent again for future visits.
