While the house has multiple options for making coffee, a coffee shop is always a nice option. There is a Starbucks a half mile away (a nice stroll), and Echo Coffee just over half a mile away.
There are several grocery stores to choose from, just minutes from the home. Many guests also choose to have groceries delivered; Walmart and Amazon are popular choices for delivery to the home.

The home is .5 miles (a 3-minute bike ride) from access to the Arizona Canal Trail (corner of N 68th St. and Indian School Road). You can cycle in either direction from there.

Pool equipment is monitored – if tampered with, guest will be charged for cost of reprogramming plus $500 service fee.

Quiet hours 9PM – 9AM are strictly enforced. Noise or other fines from the city during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest to pay.



This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.

No Glitter or Confetti is allowed in home or on premises. Additional fees may be charged for extra cleaning

ONLY 3M Command Hooks and paint safe tape to be used when affixing decor. No push pins or double sided tape w residue. Must be removed prior to check-out.

No Smoking allowed. A fee of $600 will be charged for smoking.

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard.
