POOL/SPA HEATING FEE
Pool and spa heat is usually requested between October – April when temperatures are cooler. Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer pool and spa heat for an additional fee to keep the accommodation cost lower for those who do not want it. Pool/Spa heating is $95 per day for the duration of your stay. ***Request at booking or in advance of check-in.

COFFEE AND GROCERIES
While the house has multiple options for making coffee, a coffee shop is always a nice option. There is a Starbucks a half mile away (a nice stroll), and Echo Coffee just over half a mile away.
There are several grocery stores to choose from, just minutes from the home.

ARE THERE BIKE TRAILS NEARBY?
The home is .5 miles (a 3-minute bike ride) from access to the Arizona Canal Trail (corner of N 68th St. and Indian School Road). You can cycle in either direction from there.
Bike trails at Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt are 1.5 miles (a 9 minute bike ride) away

Pool equipment is monitored – if tampered with, guest will be charged for cost of reprogramming plus $500 service fee.
Quiet hours 9PM – 9AM are strictly enforced. Noise or other fines from the city during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest to pay.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
No Smoking allowed. A fee of $600 will be charged for smoking.
Additional fees may be charged for any damages and/or additional cleaning.
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard.
No pets allowed
