I give guests plenty of space to relax and unwind, but I’m always available if you need anything.

If there`s anything that could make your stay more comfortable, just let me know—my goal is for this space to feel like a true escape and retreat. I’m available anytime for emergencies, and during regular hours for any non-urgent questions or issues.

It’s super helpful to have good contact info for someone staying at the house, just in case I need to reach out with important updates or to resolve something quickly. If we ever need to stop by, I’ll do my best to let you know ahead of time and will always keep any disruptions to a minimum.

SEASONAL CANCELATION POLICY IN PLACE:
SUMMER (May - August):
Cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund
Cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, but after the 24-hour cancellation period & receive 50% refund
Cancel less than 14 days before check-in - no refund

WINTER (September - April):
Cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund
Cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, but after the 24-hour cancellation period - receive 50%
Cancel less than 7 days before check-in - no refund

Please be sure to review all house rules when booking! Home is located in a peaceful & quiet lake community. All guests staying at the home must be considerate of others in the neighboring area. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated.(quiet hours are between 10pm-7am)

Please remove shoes as you enter the cabin and leave on mat or in the closet
Be gentle with our septic system, please DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet not even “flushable” items
Any game or fish cleaning must be done outdoors. CLEAN UP thoroughly after any fish or game cleaning activities. Dispose of entrails away from the cabin or double bag and freeze until your departure. Please cooperate with this as it draws in unwanted animal activity that can be extremely destructive. A $200 fee will be charged for any evidence of breach of this rule.
No Smoking of any kind indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors take care to dispose of any smoking related refuse responsibly in a receptacle outside - a minimum $200 penalty will be charged for violations or debris discovered and disposed of by our cleaning crew
All outdoor fires must remain contained in the fire pit and max 5 feet tall. Please refrain from fires on windy days.
There is NO garbage disposal; do NOT put food, oil or debris down sink or any drains
Please use the dryer to dry any wet beach towels and swimsuits, please do not leave wet items sitting on the floor.
We are happy to welcome dogs with additional pet deposit - TWO DOGS MAXIMUM - we can not accommodate cats
Please keep your dogs OFF of the furniture
Please plan to kennel your dogs if they are left alone in the house
Please pick up all pet waste (use provided pet waste bags) and dispose inside a trash bag in the outdoor trash cans.
Plan to supervise your pets carefully and keep them on a leash for their safety. There is abundant wildlife as well as other dogs in the area.
