Discover the beauty of Honeoye from our delightful family 4-Bedroom cottage. Our cottage was built in 1965 by my grandparents. We have a half acre of land with total privacy and shade provided by very dense tree cover. We offer one of the largest & most private lots on the lake. Enjoy our screened porch for dining, while gazing out upon the majesty of HONEOYE lake as the sun sets. Move to the deck for last light or perhaps enjoy the views from the bank. With four bedrooms, you can bring the whole family and a few friends, sleeping capacity is eight people. The cottage is very comfortable and charming, it is very functional. The bottom line !!! We have both a private beach or bank to sit on. Enjoy a camp fire while looking out upon the calming waters of your heaven HONEOYE Lake. Our land has a large yard area divided into several sections, lots of room for the kids to run around. Basement has a kids bunkhouse with three twins. Please note there is only the one bathroom upstairs, so keep that in mind. Upstairs sleeping arrangements include a brand, new, full-size, luxurious pillow cushion topped mattress and boxspring. (Purchased summer of 2025.) bedroom two upstairs offers a queen size bed with closet and dresser storage built into the bed underneath. It is a great room for sleeping, to be candid, there is not a lot of open floor space , you don’t need it, After all you’re there to sleep, rest and recover from your day at the lake. Fourth bedroom has a Murphy bed with twin beds, a drawer below pulls out additional bed. Lastly, there is a futon mattress on a pulldown sofa bed that opens up, it’s a functional architectural masterpiece built by my Uncle Randy.
