The BEST home away from home

This was my first family vacation to Rosemary Beach & it was amazing! The rental was so cute & cozy - truly perfect for our family (ages 14, 13, 4 & 2). The location was 10/10! Close to literally everything (playground, pools, shops, restaurants, beach) & the bike rentals were clutch for getting around. We rented a cart from Peddler’s to attach to one of the bikes for our small kids for the week & it was so fun & reasonably priced. Would highly recommend! Love, love, loved it! Will definitely come return & stay here again!

Nice stay

Good stay. Property is nice and clean. Well managed. Only slight downside is that Water Street is a main thoroughfare with a decent amount of traffic and maintenance vehicles.

Perfect getaway!

Property is located in a beautiful neighborhood, with great shops and restaurants within just a few minutes walk. The beach was also an easy walk and having the wagon and cooler provided with the house was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and linens were nice. We will definitely recommend to friends and family vacationing in Rosemary Beach.

Amazing week in Rosemary Beach

We are regular guests in Rosemary Beach, but this was our first time in a home in the neighborhood behind the town center, and it did not disappoint! The location of the house was perfect - right next to a pool and playground for the kids, one block from shops and restaurants, and a quick walk or bike ride down to the beautiful Rosemary beaches. Our family of five had plenty of space to spread out (the boys loved the bunk beds) and we found ourselves on the front porch playing games and having an afternoon snack almost daily. We will definitely stay at this amazing house again!

A wonderful family & friendly place

We found learning about Rosemary Beach to be a wonderful and happy experience. The home we stayed in is in a perfect location. It's well furnished with a very comfortable master bedroom. A pleasant surprise to be so close to the pool and an easy walk to the beach. Any problems or concerns will be addressed quickly. A visit to the Donut Hole is a must in the morning and a short walk any time to Kilwins is so easy. This is a must visit community.

Wonderful location and beautiful house!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Rosemary beach! The house is just steps away from one of the pools and a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants! The house was well equipped with bikes, kitchen appliances, beach towels and outdoor shower! The beds were very comfortable as well. We used the Rosemary gym and loved that the kids could bike around the Rosemary neighborhood. We will be back!

This was our family’s 4th trip to 30A and it is always a dream! This house was perfect for our family of 7. I love that the bunk room had its own full bath. The nook bed is in the kitchen area, so if you don’t have a heavy sleeper in your crew, that bed might not be functional but it is a cozy spot to curl up and read. Kitchen has all the appliances you need for a week stay. Easy walk to the square and beach! Highly recommend

I want to never leave

Pros-location Bikes Cozy cottage vibe Access to pools Location to all our favorite food spots Never had to drive our car Lots of beach toys, chair, umbrellas, wagon to use to haul our stuf Cons-we had to leave! I’ve been visiting 30A most of my life and as an adult, this was my most favorite property. I hope to come back many times over! 10/10

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed staying in Rosemary Beach. This home was very convenient and close to tons of restaurants and shops. It was very well equipped for cooking, the beach and lounging around. We would definitely come back! Thank you!

Great for kids and grandparents.

House worked for our family and the grandparents. A bit of a walk to the beach but we made use of the house's wagon to take all of our stuff with us. Kitchen could use a few more supplies (cocktail shaker, lemon press). Also the pillows on the King beds were incredibly thick and hard but luckily we were only using two of the four bunk beds so we were able to swap out some of those pillows. Front porch swing was a delight for our girls or for morning coffee. The bikes are definitely not as nice as the ones you can rent but we used them anyway and biked to Alys beach several times and they worked great. Would recommend the house but may try and stay a bit closer to the beach next time.

Perfect stay!

We loved everything about this house and location. Right across from a pool and playground and tucked into a quiet corner of Rosemary Beach. The shops and restaurants are just a short few minutes away by foot. Will stay there again!

Perfect home for our family fall break

The home was wonderful. Across the street from the cabana pool which served as a useful landmark for the kids finding their way back home on their bikes. Easy walk to the restaurants and beach. Lovely interior with large front porch and balcony off master. Small kitchen and living space, but just the right size for our group of 2 adults and 3 teens. Cheryl was an attentive and responsive manager, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will happily book this home again!

Week at the beach!

Rosemary is such a peaceful and beautiful place to vacation. The cottage was beautiful and fully stocked with all that we needed. It was great to have the bikes for riding around Rosemary and our trips to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean and Great zlocation

Excellent stay. Directly across from pool and mini playground. 2 short blocks to a coffee shop which we frequented daily. Very clean and pics match the listing. We enjoyed having the bikes, they were used a lot. Living room is a little small but this wouldn’t prevent us staying again. Outdoor grill area is lovely! Would recommend!

Amazing House

Great house for anyone with young kids! Location was fantastic, walking distance to everything in town and one of the four town pools is right across the street. The house was exactly as expected based on the pictures/description. The house was stocked with all the essentials for cooking as well as all beach gear and bikes. Cheryl’s communication was great!

Great Spring Break Week

Had a great time with 5 of our 6 kids for spring break! The house is incredibly located to everything. Pool out the front door. Downtown just a block away. Easy access to the beach. It has everything you need in the home. Loved drinking our morning coffee on the porch every day. Would go again!!
