Spacious brand new downtown home near convention center and Landing
Welcome to Whistle inn 2. Spacious 2400 square foot plus upscale brand new vacation home in Downtown Branson. Walk to everything Downtown has to offer. 2 parking spaces out front, and one in back to avoid steps. This house has huge bedrooms and lots of living space to entertain. Relax on the upper deck and watch the fireworks from the Landing in the evenings. Streaming TV’s in every bedroom, lots of dresser space and beds. Master bedroom and suite are enormous with several seating areas. Massage chair in Living Room with 75” TV and couch seating for 12. Gourmet style kitchen with 6 foot island and seating. Desk space in kitchen has monitor for your use. Ceiling fans in all rooms with remotes. Ceilings are nine feet high on first and second floors. Laundry has stacked washer dryer with granite counter space for folding or organizing. Loads of cabinets for your use. Peaceful vacation spot near all the excitement.
Short drive to SDC and concerts at outdoor arena.

You’ll receive a personalized code to enter unit. Parking for 2 vehicles in the front driveway, one space in the back of home (avoiding using the front steps) and plenty of street parking nearby.
Walking distance to downtown Branson shopping and restaurants. New building completed summer of 2025.
Free trolley pick up is only a block away. Easy to use during busy seasons.
A starter supply of paper products and soaps are provided.
No fire room access. Contains fire sprinkler system for your safety. House is also monitored via a commercial fire detection system which will automatically deploy fire department if necessary.
Please use caution with tall items near sprinkler heads. You will be held liable if you accidentally trigger the fire system to engage.
Ring doorbell at front door has video and ability to reach us if you ring the doorbell. House is equipped with a security system, used when vacant.
There are NO cameras or recording devices within the home.
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, please be aware of the following requirements:
* All renters are required to complete a renter's agreement and security deposit form.
* These forms must be filled out and returned at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date and time.
* Failure to complete this requirement in the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
