This professionally designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat offers a polished blend of modern finishes, thoughtful amenities, and comfortable living space—all in one of Columbus’s most walkable and vibrant districts. Whether you`re visiting for a quick getaway or a longer stay, you`ll appreciate the elevated style, carefully selected furnishings, and easy access to the city`s top dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions

The main living space is open and light-filled, with clean lines, high ceilings, and stylish finishes. A comfortable sectional, Smart TV, and curated decor offer a place to relax without clutter or compromise. The dining area includes a dining table and additional seating around the larger kitchen island. The modern kitchen showcases granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, sleek cabinetry, and everything you need to cook, or serve one of Columbus`s fabulous takeout options, like a pro.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious king bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom, ideal for anyone who values privacy and convenience. The en-suite features a walk-in shower with glass surround, black matte hardware, and a modern floating vanity with crisp lighting. A separate half bath and dedicated laundry area (with full-size washer and dryer) make longer stays easy.

Please note: there is a separate carriage house in the rear of the property that’s also a rental, but it does not share your parking permits or access to the yard. You’ll have exclusive use of two city-issued street parking passes, which makes coming and going easy, even in this high-demand location.

Stays 30 nights or longer:
Signed rental agreement required. Monthly cleaning at $100–$200 (listing dependent). Pet-friendly listings charge $200 per pet (includes ESAs).

$35 per night per approved pet (includes ESAs), capped at $200 per pet per reservation.

SUMMARY
• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
• No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. $1,000 fine for any evidence.
• Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation.
• Long stays require a signed lease, professional cleanings, and HOA agreement (if applicable).
• Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.

GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside).
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.

CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
• We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing.
• For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately.
• Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

LONG-TERM STAYS
• 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in.
• Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance.
• If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook.
• Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules.
• Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

PET POLICY
• No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits.
• For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200).
• For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet.
• Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees.
• All pets must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet.
• Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of.
• Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation, and removal.

SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR
• Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points.
• Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices.
• Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation.
• Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported.
• Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft.
• We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed.

Communication regarding the property was great. The place was spacious, spotless, and had tons of natural light. The location was good - near the OSU campus, as well as plenty of dining and shopping. And the beds were so comfy!! If I'm in Columbus again, I will definitely look up this property!
