Our pet fee structure is as follows:
• Short stays: $25 per pet, per night • 8–28 nights: Flat $200 fee per pet • 29+ nights: Flat $300 fee per pet

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee (based on availability of cleaners)
• $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM Early Check-In, subject to host approval. • $25 for 12PM Late Check-Out, subject to host approval.
• Amenities outside of the apartment (e.g. gym) are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. • Maintenance does not warrant a refund. Please inquire about the amenity status before booking.
Additional Note: For refunds issued outside the cancellation policy, a 3% processing fee will be deducted, as Stripe does not refund the original payment processing fees on refunded transactions. HOUSE RULES:
Pet Rules Policy
• Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. • No Pitbulls • All pets must be housetrained • Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves
Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200
No Smoking Policy
• Smoking will result in a $500 fine.
No Party Policy
• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. ○ Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.
Noise Curfew Policy
• Noise curfew: ○ 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) ○ 10 PM–8 AM (weekends)
• Penalties for violation: ○ First: Complimentary warning. ○ Second: $100 fine. ○ Third: Immediate eviction with no refund.
Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy
• This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.
• For questions or concerns, contact the host directly.
• Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.
Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy
• Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware.
• Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal.
• Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.
Guest Policy
• No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.

PACKAGES
•We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment. However, I recommend getting a PO Box at the local USPS and having orders shipped there.

There were no clean dishes or glasses and utensils for me upon arrival. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that smelled. Check in was quite a hassle to be honest and took up much more time than I would have wanted.
