Esta unidad ofrece servicio de playa GRATUITO (2 sillas / 1 sombrilla por día de su estadía), simplemente consulte al asistente de playa y dele su número de unidad. Estacional del 1 de marzo al 31 de octubre de 2019.

Entra y recibe una sensación contemporánea pero náutica. Con todas las comodidades del hogar, seguramente disfrutará de su estadía en esta unidad recientemente renovada. Con paredes recién pintadas y muebles nuevos, nos aseguramos de que se sienta cómodo después de un largo día de viaje o entretenimiento. Disfrute cocinando en la cocina renovada que cuenta con una estufa de 2 quemadores, horno de convección por microondas y una nevera grande. Perfect for a small family or couple!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both beds are comfortable!Washer and dryer was great to have, although the washer was brand new it was a problem to use because it only worked on cold water. So if you set it to warm or hot you would come back to a tub of water and your clothes not washed. Very clean unit and updated. Fridge is rusty on the outside and could use replacement or painting. Overall location convenient and great room to stay in!

great place to take a vacation

My fiancé and I enjoyed a great long weekend here. The unit was very convenient to the beach. The entire complex had lots of great thing to offer. We both loved the lazy river. We hope to stay a bit longer next time.

Great condo! Close to beach and things to do!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was great! It was close to the beach and we loved the pools and splash pad for our toddler! The condo was located right next to the parking garage so it was easy to load and unload. There was great food within walking distance at the boardwalk. The kitchen is not a full kitchen, but it had everything we needed to cook- pots & pans, utensils, scissors, cork screw, etc. The balcony was great to eat on and have extra space. The rental company was great to work with! Look forward to staying again!

Relaxing time

We took our 5 year old little girl to the beach as we promised for sping break. It was a little late due to a family emergency. I contacted Barbara and within an hour we had the place reserved. She was so nice from beginning to end I really thought we were going to be a bit crowded even though there were just the three of us this was not the case at all my little one ofcourse go the bed rule of the tv and well completely decided everything while we were there. It was so nice staying in a place that seemed a lot like home the first morning I went to get cereal for everyone first drawer I opened exactly where the silver wear was supposed to be. We are total home bodies even on vacation and this place was perfect. Barbara thanks again for being so sweet.......

Wonderful vacation with my daughter in Destin!

I decided to take my 8 year old to Florida and chose Destin West because friends were staying here. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect because it isn't one of the newer condos and was worried about its location in terms of beaches. I had no idea what to expect in my condo but my daughter and I were pleasantly surprised. I stayed in Villa 310. We appreciated the attention to detail. We had everything we would need and I was so happy to have the washer and dryer. Loved the memo board with the old pictures of the beach. We left a little picture on it as well with my daughter's instant camera saying: "Thanks for a great stay." We enjoyed it so much and felt at home and comfortable and not like we were in a hotel or in someone else's place. There were a lot of conveniences as well, such as access to in-room dining and we had all the information we needed right in our room to decide where and when to explore. This condo is not for large families. However, it does have a comfortable queen size bed and a couch that is a sleeper. The location of Destin West itself was actually GREAT! It was right on the other side of the bridge leading into Destin, so it wasn't it in the worse part of the traffic. Of course, depending upon time of day, the traffic is bad ANYWHERE in that area. But the beaches are so beautiful. We had a GREAT beach at Destin West. No complaints whatsoever. Also, access to several swimming pools. This particular condo came equipped with two chair rentals on the beach each day of our stay which was a PLEASANT surprise. Covered parking as well. Enjoyed it so very much and made wonderful memories with my daughter. I will definitely consider going back again and staying in this Unit.

Spring break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room worked for us pretty well. The bed was comfortable enough. The pull out couch has an extra mattress top which helped my kid. If you are planning on cooking then this probably isn’t your place. The stove was probably original. Fridge and microwave work well. Bathroom was clean. Toilet hissed but we ignored it. It wasn’t a huge deal and I am sure it’s been fixed by now. We didn’t bother telling management. Balcony was big. Not much of a view but we knew that going in. Thing you need to know is this is the last unit before the walkway across the bridge to the other side of the road. It can be noisy but usually not an issue. Super close to the garage which made it easy to load and unload the car. Overall it was a good place. Nothing fancy but it worked for us.

Perfect for a Family of 3

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at the Destin West property. We typically stay on the bay side, so this was our first time staying on the beach side. Villa 310 was perfect for my family of 3. It was very convenient to the beach and close to the pedestrian bridge that brings you to the bay side to enjoy the lazy river and other amenities. A couple of things about our room that weren't so great is that the balcony doesn't have a beach view, it's facing Hwy 98 and the parking lot, so you can hear the traffic through the night. Bring a fan if you're a light sleeper. The vacuum that's provided in the room didn't work and there was no broom to sweep up the traveling beach sand, so it made the tile floors very slippery. Overall, we would stay at this property again.

Not as Expected

After a wonderful experience at Destin West in 2021, I booked another trip January 2022 for June 19-25, 2022. I found the property that was one bedroom, 2 bath and bunk beds with kitchen then living room area with balcony overlooking the pool but it was on the lazy river side and year before we stayed on pool side with access to beach. My husband asked if we could possibly switch to pool side and so I called and spoke with a guy who said that shouldn’t be a problem. I said it still has a master bedroom and bathroom and the bunk beds correct and he said oh yes ma’am and he said it’s on Bayside and I asked is that beach side like poolside and he said yes exactly. I continued making payments only watching balance go down and when we walked into the condo, it was a studio apartment with one room. My kids were in the living room next to balcony overlooking the street and power lines with transformer and the balcony doors didn’t lock so several times I had to get my kids out of there and come back in . I blocked the doors with the coffee table. Tv were not smart tv and were basic so we didn’t have ability to sign in and stream at night. The bathroom doesn’t have any rugs and I slipped and fell hitting my head on the tub and my shoulder on the wall and my elbow on the tile busting it open. We definitely enjoyed the amenities and the location, but the property manager wasn’t willing to accommodate us with the price I paid thinking it was for 2 bathrooms and a bedroom with a door along with another bed versus the price of a studio with broken doors that don’t lock. We come to Destin each year and look forward to coming back again but will probably be looking for another location with the hassle of this recent visit 😢

Great Times!

My two friends and I stayed here for 3 nights on little spring break trip. We enjoyed the location and the pools alot. Needless to say, the condo could have been cleaner, but we didn't spend that much time in there. The vacuum sweeper didn't work and as you know... sand gets tracked in. The condo it's self seems abit outdated, and is in need of some updates. All in all we had a great time!

Looked beautiful but the stay was a different experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: -Called front office to ask management to come look at issues with room on first day. Was told they would arrive in the morning. They never showed.-Sand all over a boogy board that was stuffed into the linen closet with our towels and sheets/pillows, had to clean everything off ourselves.- Knobs on dressers and cabinets with caked up filth from months of use and never being cleaned off?-Walls were clearly dirty, you could see where attempts were made to clean the walls and spots were missed.-Keurig in the photo isn't even there, its another one that didn't even work so you have to use the old pot of coffee maker (not normally a big deal, but its another trip back to the store for grounds and filters).-Toaster also did not work (I did not use all appliances).-Storm Door on the Patio did not close all of the way (security/safety issue) so I called the front office again to which they promised to get maintenance out in the morning. They arrived the next day at 7ish in the afternoon while I was showering. (But my inlaws who stay here religiously show up 2 days later with a broken storm door and have it fixed in 30 minutes? I guess I depends on how much money you spend on this place determines the treatment you get).Access to the beach was nice but I can get that at a lot of other spots.Was happy to clean the place and leave. Will try another place next time I am in Destin.

Very nice stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All was just great. They condo was clean and location was great. We were right in the middle of the 2 complexes. You really cannot see the gulf from the balcony but the balcony size makes up for that. Huge. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing was IF there were suppose to be coffee filters and dishwashing soap there were none. We used paper towels for the filter and just rinsed our plates after each meal.
